Head Canon Challenge Day 30

⦁ 30.) And finally: Write a letter to your character, from yourself.

Dear Protoman.

I know there are times when you doubt yourself even if you yourself never admit it. When it concerns your NetOp or even the other NetNavis that you know especially. Deep down, you worry that the Dark Chip isn't completely gone and that it never will be... that one day it may come back to haunt you.

Don't concern yourself so much with it. If that should ever occur I can promise you that not only will Enzan and Megaman care for you but that they will also do everything in their power to make sure nothing happens to you. They'll do everything they can to be sure that you don't do anything that you'll regret, and that's a fact that you can feel comfortable in.

If you were to open up more about your concerns and that, I'm sure that they would tell you the same thing though more then likely in different words then this, your NetOp especially. Take into consideration how much already they've done for you, and you've done for them. You're all friends and companions, a bond that will never be broken. Don't fret so much and everything will be okay.

⦁ 29.) How does your character smell? Do they wear perfume or cologne?

Due to being a program Protoman doesn't exactly have a 'scent'. However if he were to have a scent due to the practicing and that that he does and where he normally is whenever he has a chance to do what he would like he would more then likely have a scent similar to that of the forests or of wood or the like due to the fact that he is often either resting in the forests, enjoying nature, or training to be as strong as he can be. The nature and forests he visits of course being virtual ones.

⦁ 28.) If your character’s life was a genre, what would it be?

If his life was a genre I imagine it would probably be kind of... either Fantasy or Science Fiction I suppose. It's mostly just kind of... doing as he's told and being loyal to those around him while learning more and more as much as possible.

⦁ 27.) Pick two songs that describe your character at two different points of their life, and explain why you chose them.

I'm sure there are a bunch of songs out there that fit Protoman with multiple different reasons. However the ones that stand out the most to me are the ones that I have put on his blog. One of these songs being a song called Stand by Rascal Flatts. It's a song about standing up again and pushing on even when everything in the world seems to be against you. I feel this fits Protoman during the whole Dark Chip saga because I'm sure while he was fighting mentally against the whole situation, there must have been multiple times he just wanted to give up, however he knew that Enzan would be waiting for him and kept pushing forward.

The other song in particular on my blog that I feel fits him is a song called With Me by Sum 41. It speaks of someone feeling how special someone is, how they would do anything for someone because they feel their life is nothing without that person. I don't think I need to explain why this fits Protoman but here I go anyway. Being Enzan's NetNavi and sometimes it would seem only friend or companion for a long time, Protoman feels strongly for his NetOp, always wanting to be there for him and being able to read him well, knowing when Enzan needs him or needs something most times. This song I feel seems to say that easily.

⦁ 26.) Second day of favorites! Favorite comfort food, favorite vice, favorite outfit, favorite hot drink, favorite time of year, and favorite holiday.

Being a program Protoman doesn't really have comfort foods. For him it's more he finds comfort in the company of those he cares about. His favorite vice would be the emotions that he doesn't understand which for him is a flaw considering he can't understand them at all. .However he wants to understand them which makes it his favorite.

He only has one outfit so that would be his 'favorite' however he also likes Enzan's outfit just not on him. He doesn't have a favorite drink but from appearance and description would be different kinds of tea.

His favorite time of the year would be Summer as that's when Enzan and the other NetOps are out of school and can spend more time with their NetNavi's.

His favorite holiday is more then likely either Christmas or Enzan's birthday depending on the situation. Mostly because those are the two times of year that he has the best chance of seeing Enzan smiling.

⦁ 25.) Describe your character’s hands. Are they small, long, calloused, smooth, stubby?

Protoman has average sized hands that are actually rather smooth to the touch. Due to the fact that when he does wield a sword his whole hand turns into one he doesn't even have callouses from that. Most times he does wear gloves which cover his hands however.

⦁ 24.) What might your character’s ideal romantic partner be?

To be honest someone that is willing to look out for everyone, keep others safe, loyal to their allies, always have the other's back, willing to give as much as Protoman is willing to give to keep each other and everyone else safe, fun to be around, and just someone that's able to kind of pick up the slack in certain things where Protoman is lacking. If you're reading this and find yourself thinking of Megaman, yeah that's pretty much what his ideal romantic partner is but Protoman hasn't quite caught up to the fact yet.

⦁ 23.) Is your character superstitious?

A tad bit about certain things. Though he hides it really well because he thinks it's almost silly for a program to believe in things like possible vampires and the like even over the net. He also believes in silly little things at times like for example the idea of a genie in a lamp however he often keeps it to himself.

What is the kinkiest thing your muse wants to do to mine? Bonus points if you're as descriptive as possible and can make them blush.

⦁ 22.) If your character could time travel (or otherwise return to any point in their own lives), where would they go?

Protoman would travel back to two different times, not to change them but just to watch them play out again. The time he first met Megaman and the time he first met Enzan. They are some of his most favorite memories and if he could he'd watch them over and over again.

⦁ 21.) Does your character have a single underlying passion or trait that influences all aspects of their life?

I'd have to say how he feels towards his NetOp Enzan or even towards any of the allies he makes. Almost everything he does, he has Enzan or one of the others in mind when he does it whether it be because it was something Enzan told him to do or it's to help one of the other NetNavis. Even when he was affected by the Dark Chip one of the things that was often on his mind was getting rid of Enzan because he knew deep down Enzan was the only one that would be able to assist him... so the Dark Chip wanted to be rid of the other badly.

⦁ 20.) Does your character have any irrational fears?

Well I suppose he has a slight fear of deletion even though he knows it'll never happen with Enzan as his NetOp. However it was probably at least in part because of the whole Dark Chip thing that it came about. He was sure that Enzan would have to delete him to free him from it's power and honestly that scares him more then anything... the fact that even if it wasn't something he could control... his body was so willing and able to attack and even attempt to kill his NetOp whom he cares for so deeply. He doesn't ever want to go through something like that again.

⦁ 19.) What’s your character’s preferred means of travel?

Honestly he prefers to travel alongside Enzan in the PET as he doesn't like being too far away from his NetNavi if he can help it. However knowing that can't always be the case he's more then willing to travel through the net as well for whenever it's needed.

My muse has succumbed to their darker side and has a gun pointed to your muse's head. How does your muse try and prevent mine from killing them?

⦁ 18.) Is your character a good cook? What’s their favorite recipe or dish, whether they’re good at making it themselves or not?

Being a program Protoman doesn't actually cook or eat. However if he were to say a favorite recipe based upon simply reading about it, what it is, that sort of thing he would probably lean towards simpler dishes that can be made fairly quickly and are rather easy to cook but still look almost fancy.

⦁ 17.) What’s your character’s desk/workspace look like? Are they neat or messy? AND/OR What does your character’s bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep?

Considering the fact that Protoman's a program he doesn't really have a desk. His workspace would more then likely be the PET that he calls his home whenever he's travelling with Enzan and not actually in the net itself. If he were actually human however and even in the case of it being the PET his workspace, bed, and anything along those lines would be rather clean and neat. He might stir a bit in his sleep at times if he were to sleep but it would be something that he'd neaten up the moment he woke up the next morning.

⦁ 16.) Are there any blood relatives that your character is particularly close with, besides the immediate ones? Cousins, Uncles, Grandfathers, Aunts, et cetera. Are there any others that your character practically considers a blood relative?

Protoman doesn't have any blood relatives. However if he were to think about it in that light he would consider Enzan to be a brother. He also would more then likely consider Netto to be a relative of some kind.
