Keeping Secrets
satyrxqueen:
“I suppose…” Addylyn almost purred the words, lifting one long nailed finger, tapping the bottom of his chin. What in the fel was she doing? It felt wrong, but not as much as she had expected it too…
Daelin felt a small shiver run down his spin as her finger brushed along his skin. She was absolutely beautiful, no matter what form she was in. Leaning closer he brought his lips to hers, having nothing else to say. Besides actions spoke louder than words anyways.
Keeping Secrets
satyrxqueen:
“Oh you don’t have to protect me, charming. You know that…” A small smirk danced on her lips for a moment, before looking up at him. Her human form was more comfortable with him, though being such a small creature was foreign to her.
Daelin laughed at the name, it wasn’t exactly something he was called often, if at all. He had a tendency to be more reckless than charming and that was on a good day.
“Well if I don’t have to protect you I suppose there is nothing stopping us...”
Keeping Secrets
Continued from [x] @proudmoorexrebel
“Is that so?” She spoke quietly, in an almost sultry tone, as he wrapped his arm around her. It would make her a fool if she tried to deny his attractiveness, and her apparent need for physical interaction. Though usually she showed much more restraint then this…
“I pegged you as more of the loud mouth type, Kiddo.”
The comment earned a wide, and slightly guilty grin from the younger boy. The type of grin that was accustomed to a child being caught out of bed, or taking an extra cookie. Shrugging he took her hand in his own.
“Not when my own safety or that of someone as beautiful as you, is potentially at risk.”
"The most fun experiences are often ones you have to keep a secret." *winks at him*
Daelin grinned over at Addy, reaching an arm around her shoulder and pulling her in slightly closer. Sure he dropped loads of hints to her that he was always game for something a little more adult, but to have her throw it back was a special occasion indeed.
“Well I think you will find I am excellent at keeping secrets.”
What You Wrought
satyrxqueen:
Snarling, fangs displayed, her anger returns. She always had a temper, many people had told her so. Her father, Illidan, just to name a few. It was a flaw, of course, but it was hard to control.
“Foolish Mortals, not having a clue what they are talking about, before pulling out their swords.”
Daelin pulled at the woman’s grip. He was growing annoyed with her, but he couldn’t afford to as she had the upper hand. This of course just made him more frustrated.
“Listen. I don’t know who you are, but either kill me or let me go. I will attack anyone who tries to kill me and I will not apologize for that. Do you want to make that list, or not?”
What You Wrought
satyrxqueen:
A low growl left her throat, as her grip tightens on his arms, claws threatening to damage delicate skin. Her blade nears his throat, though she keeps herself from inflicting harm. She was not a monster any longer, despite what the mortals may believe.
“Murdering my people, is, in fact, a problem with me.”
Daelin knew he should have more fear, the problem was there was very little he feared in this world, or any others for that matter. And he did not fear death, not as others did. Besides, if there was one thing he had learned it was that if someone talked first and killed later you always had a chance.
“Well your people’s actions are a problem with me.”
What You Wrought
A green light flickers in the dark, intense and burning like a flame. Fel courses through her boiling blood, as her eyes watch her prey intently. Few garnered her interest so, but this particular mortal had. The way he cut through her followers as if they were merely test dummies.
She was both furious and impressed. Furious that someone would dare be foolish enough to cross her again, and that her pathetic tribe could not handle a single human warrior. Though even she saw the humor.
Lowering her hand, long nailed fingers curl around the familiar hilt of a blade, bound in old leather. Stepping from the shadows, she is swift to strike, dashing behind the intruder. Though tall for his kind, she towers over him, hooved feet adding to her already majestic elven stature. A glowing felblade at his neck, his weapon discarded, she holds his wrists in a tight grip behind his back.
"Having fun, are we?“
@proudmoorexrebel
Daelin liked to consider himself a helpful person, and the satyrs had been causing trouble for a while, and he had never been one to back away from a chance to fight. Things had been going well, he was experienced and cocky confident enough to be having little trouble indeed.
However, things took a turn for the worse when he felt a presence behind him, slightly too late. Weapon lost, hands held, and a weapon at his throat Daelin couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle. Turning his head as much as he could he tried to see his subduer.
“I would say so yes, is that a problem with you?”

Arachnids Everywhere
satyrxqueen:
“Whoa whoa whoa! I have been walking this fel forsaken planet for 16,000 years! I know how to follow directions!” She shoved him softly, smirking more. It was nice to have someone alongside her. For too long she had been alone in Felwood. And she was no solitary creature.
Daelin held up his free hand in a gesture of surrender, though the grin was still on his face, mischief in his eyes.
“Alright then. Sooo~ You knew where we were going, you just happened to lead us, almost to my death... because you didn’t know... but you knew? I’m just trying to sort this out.”
Arachnids Everywhere
satyrxqueen:
Scoffing in a teasing manner, she walked faster, standing beside him now. So ungrateful. He could be bored out of his mind in Stormwind right now.
“Hey! Last time was NOT my fault! You’re the one that decided to run straight into a camp of aggressive Vrykul! Not my fault I didn’t know they were there.”
Daelin tried to give her a serious look, but ultimately lapsed into laughter at the memory. Of course it hadn’t been entirely amusing at the time, but looking back it had been quite a spot of fun.
“We wouldn’t have even been over there if you learned how to follow directions! Besides, running headfirst into situations is kind of my thing.”
Arachnids Everywhere
satyrxqueen:
Feigning a gasp of offence, she pouted down at the boy, shaking her horned head. Teach a boy about the world and this is how he repays you!
“Are you sassing me kiddo? Rude. I know where we’re going. Ok?”
Turning, Daelin grinned up at her. Someone had to knock her down every now and then or her ego took up the whole room. But at the end of the day he really did respect her, and care for her.
“Alright, Didn’t mean to “sass” you... I just don’t want you to forget last time.”
Arachnids Everywhere
satyrxqueen:
Letting out another laugh, she spun her dagger in the air, catching it by the hilt lazily. Tracking through spiders was easy enough with hooves, crushing dozens with every step. Grinning at him, she flashed sharp white teeth.
“Well, you are oh so welcome.”
He could feel them squishing under his boots and frown slightly knowing he was going to have to scrape off a layer of arachnid guts later. Her grin only earned an eye roll as he broke the webs blocking their path with the tip of his sword.
“So you know where we’re going right? Or did you get us lost and surrounded by spiders?”
Arachnids Everywhere
continued from here [x] @satyrxqueen
Daelin sidestepped a web, his lip curling slightly with disgust. He had no love for spiders... honestly, anything with more than four legs just didn’t sit well with him. He wouldn’t call it a fear, after all it was ridiculous to be afraid of anything you could easily kill... They just made his skin crawl.
“Oh thank you for enlightening me. I wasn’t aware that they bit.” he tossed back at her sarcastically.
