From July 26-28th, the annual world championships of extreme pogo bounces into Union Square. Pros compete in in xpogo and newbies can learn the basic pogo tricks in the free jump area, so all are welcome!

Marketing and entertainment company All Day Every Day recently worked with Greenpoint store Co-Op 87 to set up a pop-up shop in an abandoned news stand space at the Lorimer L station. It’s featuring independent zines, music and snacks, it should make your commute a little more interesting. They should be open through July 20th, so swing by and check them out.
