Maybe I want to be remembered as someone who fought back
Wendell Bray (via ohmyilovethisquote)
I want to write.
But I donât want to write any of my current characters right now? SIGH.
Okay, so tonight my friend Ben is on Penn & Teller: Fool Us. And so you should all tune in, because he is an actual wizard. 8pm est on The CW.

BUT! Please copy and paste it into a new text post. Please donât reblog the ask itself.

âYou know you donât have to go, right?â Itâs all he said to her, Emmett watching the female from his side of the bed. If she wanted to leave he wouldnât stop her, but he wanted her to know that he wouldnât mind if she didnât.
âThanks for the invitation,â Peyton began as her eyes darted around for her jeans. âBut staying would mean acknowledging that this actually happened.â Because this wasnât like her. But why couldnât it be? Looking at him now, she tilted her head. Living in L.A. had truly begun to change her.âAnd besides, arenât you done with me?â
Taking my mom to lunch in a little bit, so I donât know how long iâll be gone for but I will definitely be back within a couple of hours.Â
On that note: Do you ever just want to eat something gross? Like gross/greasy/bad for you? Because weâre totally going to a Chinese buffet for that exact reason && iâm not sorry. yet.

the morning after sentence starters
Scowling at the sound of his voice as her hand grabbed the t-shirt that had been splayed on the ground, Peyton paused. She could still go, pretending like she didnât hear him; but she knew that her conscience would get the better of her. Swallowing hard, she responded as she pulled her shirt up over her shoulders -- not looking at him.Â
âI wouldnât call is sneaking,               just -- leaving.â
youâd be SURPRISED at how often i get that one.â
âYouâd be surprised at how much iâm NOT surprised.â
âHasnât everyone, though?â
âYou know where I can find a motel?â
"As far as Iâve seen.â
â--Thereâs a bed and breakfast down the road a couple miles; canât really miss it. If youâre hungry, you should check out Karenâs Cafe.â
Wash wasnât one for going on about a plan for everyoneÂ
eitherâhe didnât believe in any of that. Not at this point. But that didnât mean the universe didnât have an interesting sense of humour.
âThatâs about the best explanation for it that Iâve         been able to come up with it, so yeah.â
âStill, though, donât you ever wonder what it is that keeps you going?âÂ
Because Peyton knew that she did; constantly there was a question that begged and answer -- what was it that made her hold on so strongly? Perhaps it was that she had hope, beyond anything, that somehow things would always be okay in the end. It wasnât that she was terribly unhappy; rather why she had lasted this long.
â---Not a day goes by that I donât ask myself.â
âThat looks like a nasty burn, did you have it looked at?â
INJURY/ILLNESS SENTENCE STARTERS
âNot really; iâm not a big fan of hospitals.âÂ
It was true. She often acquainted the with her least favorite song; Celebration by Kool and the Gang -- because they both reminded her of when her mother died.Â
âIâm sure if I just keep it clean, itâll be fine.â
âOh my god! Are you okay?!â
INJURY/ILLNESS SENTENCE STARTERS
â--Mâfine.âÂ
The words slurred from her trembling lips.  Peyton wasnât sure what had happened -- one minute she had been driving along and the next she was crawling out of her totaled â63 Mercury Comet. With adrenaline pumping through her veins, she could hardly gauge her injuries; although she was happy that someone had pulled over to help.Â
injury/illness sentence starters
âItâs alright, the cut isnât that deep.â âI think I heard a snap, are you okay?â âCan you still wiggle your toes?â âWow are you okay?! You fell really hard.â âWhat happened to your face?!â âThat looks like a nasty burn, did you have it looked at?â âHello? Can you hear me? You hit your head really badly and you were out for a momentâŠâ âDonât worry, the ambulance is on itâs way, you fell down the stairs and hit your head. Youâll be alright.â âI donât think bones are supposed to stick out like that.â âI canât see. I canât see!â âNo, Iâm certain thatâs infected.â âYou should be more careful! This is the third time youâve sprained something this week.â âThatâs a lot of blood for a small cutâŠâ âOh my god! Are you okay?!â âI know it hurts, but itâs going to be okay. Youâre not alone.â âYouâre in the hospital. You had an accident.â âIâve been having weird cramps all day.â âI think Iâm going to faint.â âMy sight is going all fuzzy⊠what does that mean?â âShit! I just hurt my back. Can you help me?â âI think Iâm going to be sick.â âIâm never wearing these heels again. Thank god itâs just a sprain, but⊠Iâll break them next, I swear.â âI canât keep anything in right now. Everything I eat comes back out.â âI came as soon as you called. How are you feeling?â âHow long have you been throwing up?â âWhy do you keep rubbing your eyes? Is something wrong?â âI just sneezed and hit myself in the face with my knee.â âDidnât the doctor say you needed rest? Because I donât call this rest.â âDo you want to end up in the hospital again?!â âWas it something you ate?â âIs it an allergy? Do I need to call an ambulance?â âMy skin is burningâŠâ âI canât do this anymore, this hurts too much, Iâm going to scream.â âYou look really pale⊠Iâll get you some water, alright?â âDonât move, your neck might be broken. Just lie still until the ambulance gets here, okay?â âNever thought Iâd be visiting a stranger in the hospital, but I guess that doesnât count for strangers I hit with my car.â
