this idea came to me yesterday at work which funnily enough is the exact date that i made my first aftg soc med au post 1 year ago. god im so predictable

texts are from neils phone. the contact names aren’t hard to figure out.

a bit different from my other posts but i made the first tweet and then thought oh it kind of sounds like neils saying he gets period cramps and not just that he wants seth to kick kevin in the balls and then this was born.

also life update! i mentioned a while ago i lost my phone but i’d bought a new one and my soc med au was all transferred to the new one. well i lost the new one. BUT luckily the first phone i lost was returned to me so i didn’t have to a) buy a whole new phone AGAIN or b) be stuck with an ancient iphone 5c. but unfortunately i had made some content(?) on the new phone which have not been transferred and have been lost :( and that phone was stolen in an airport in rio so the chances of that one being returned are pretty slim.

i feel like the aftg fandom does talk about kevins messy grief towards riko. kevin who knows he shouldn’t grieve his primary abuser but does anyways because they were kids together. riko may have grown into a hateful angry man but once he was once a child who just wanted his fathers approval. because no one is born a villian. kevin still remembers his brother as soft and kind before he was broken by expectations and success. always grieving the children who drew 1 and 2 on their cheeks. he might hate riko moriyama now but there was once love there

i would kill people for an allison reynolds aftg pov. we never get really deep with her relationship with seth. we never explicitly see her trauma with being raised in the spotlight and then leaving her controlling family. she is very similar to kevin in some ways but even more so jeremy but she is never recognised on the same level. i would love to see a conversation between her and jeremy and speak about how to control the narrative their parents have forced onto them. i want to see more of her relationship with dan and renee. we know from the ec that they (renee dan and allison) supposedly didnt like each other at first but we dont see allisons pov of it all. basically i adore allison reynolds and she deserves her own story.
