The younger smiled at his older self and said,”It’s nice to meet you as well; I’m glad that the weather is finally warming up again. Winter has been harsh,” he replied before several Piposarus came around and surrounded him. “..but thanks to some help, I’ve been doing fine,”

A sigh escaped the monkey’s lips followed by a nod. Oh, how it warmed his cold heart that monkeys can get together and help each other out. Well, he knew that. It was just a relief to know that he’s having a great life aside from dealing with the weather.

The younger smiled contently at his older self. Just hearing that along with how the two would get along fine put his mind at ease; after all, it is still him.

If anything else was to be added, both sides of their psychic powers would resonate soundly without issue despite of his being a bit weaker than the older alternate, but that's the good of having alternates, right?

Specter stared at his younger counterpart and smiled. Who knew there was a younger monkey that was actually him. Peaceful and horrid memories ran through his thought process. It made him want to scream because of these racing images; yet he kept his composure as usual. He didn’t want a younger version of him to be freaked out. Actually, he wanted different. He wanted his younger self to be free, to be happy for once instead of unwanted stress added onto him.

The young albino looked up to the elder one with a cute smile and said,"Oh! Hello there!"

Dixie, as usual, smiled at the guest before her.

"Hi there! Did you need something? Is there something on my face?"

He sighed,"..I am a bit hungry. Do you any snacks around?"

The young albino looked up to the stranger with such curiosity in his eyes, however the guarding Piposarus were on alert as their helmetlights flashed yellow.

Each and every one had intention of protecting the prince despite of the little albino being curious.

"Umm..h-hello?" he asked at being somewhat nervous, only to blink twice and tilt his head to the side while he had both arms close to each other.

The young monkey goes over, hugs Cherish and closed his eyes as he smiled.

Cherish felt small arms around her. She looked down and sees young Specter “What brings oyu here?” she asked picking him up hugging him back.

He was too sleepy to reply back and before long, several of the Piposarus that is with the young prince came around, just to check on him.

They didn't want the little prince to be harmed after all..

So much for quiet… With everything that’s happened Ness isn’t in the mood to talk, but whatever. The monkey before him looks like one that insulted his height once.

"Oh. Hi there little monkey. What do you need?"

The albino looked around his surroundings..this place wasn't familiar at all.. strange..

"Um, well..I'm a bit lost around here," he replied. "Do you know where I'm at?"

"Hello and welcome to the Mushroom Kingdom, I am Princess Toadstool. If there is anything I can do to help you please let me know. Might I ask your name too?"

Tilted her head watching him as she blinked a few times the cheerful smile remaining on her lips.

"Oh you are quite welcome. Would you like to talk about where you came from? Or perhaps you have questions about where you are? If you don’t wish to talk that is quite all right too. When you are ready to sleep I will have someone show you to your room"

There would be a cup of tea set in front of the Princess as she sipped it slowly.

"You did say something about the Mushroom Kingdom..What else is around here?" he asked curiously before he reached over for his cookie and took a small bite out of it.

The Princess would kneel down slowly to the new guest looking at him with a welcoming smile and friendly tone to her voice

"Hello and welcome to the Mushroom Kingdom, I am Princess Toadstool. If there is anything I can do to help you please let me know. Might I ask your name too?"

Tilted her head watching him as she blinked a few times the cheerful smile remaining on her lips.

The friendly vibe coming from the Princess made the albino feel more comfortable as he said,”I’m Specter and it’s pleasure to meet you Princess,”

He bowed politely to her in return.

"Welcome Spectre, usually my Toads handle most of the running of this place. The cooking, cleaning but I like to help where possible. Is there something I can get you?"

Gestured to the dining room taking out a chair for him, as she sat next to him resting hands on her lap

"You must of come a far way"

Well, it was close but anyways..

After he went to his seat and sat in it, he said,”..well something warm like hot cocoa would be fine, thank you,”

Right after answering the first question, he answered the second,”Y-yeah, I’m from Japan..and well..things have been rough for me. The World is such a cold place..especially when the Humans are kinda harsh towards you,”

He sighed..it’s not like he has a family to protect him from harm..

Rose from her seat. smiling and nodding towards her guest.

"Of course, I make a wonderful hot cocoa. Would you like some marshmallows? I’ll just bring the bowl for you and maybe something to eat"

She stepped quickly towards the kitchen coming back only minutes later with a hot cocoa resting on a silver tray, the bowl of marshmallows and some cake and cookies on a plate setting it in front of him.

"I am unaware where Japan is I am afraid. I mostly stay here tending to my citizen. Oh, please enjoy and if you need a place to rest, we have spare rooms you can use"

Seeing the treats only made him calm down and her kindness..it only made him happy.

He nodded and said,"Thank you very much..I'm grateful for your hospitality, Princess,"

"My name…umm.. well, it’s Specter," he replied a bit softly as his fur settled down before he looked down still a bit depressed.
