i have hearts of stone still to do and blood & wine to replay and a bunch of side quests but i kind of feel the pull to play the first witcher game now because i want more eskel. i need more eskel i'm latching onto him i can feel it happening

My latest egg tech: - melt butter(!!!!!!! BUTTER!!!!!! Very important. Real butter) in pan (it must be your Beloved Perfect Egg Cooking Pan, you know which one) - crack 3 eggs in a bowl & dump in once butter is melted (so you're not fucking around cracking eggs directly into the hot pan and cooking them unevenly) - use a fork to break the membrane on the bit of white that holds together around the yolk so they cook more evenly - let them cook as an Egg Disc until the white on the bottom is solid and then separate into thirds - cook until the bottoms are browning, use your judgement for how far along you want them - pour in a small amount of water like 1 tbsp and close the lid, steam until there's a thin film over the yolks & the white on top is all cooked but the yolk is still runny (i ended up adding a second small spoon of water just to keep the steam going a bit when the first tbsp ran out) - Eat eggs

It is with a heavy heart i must announce i'm giving up the over easy fight. steaming fried eggs for the last minute or so is easier & makes a good egg with runny yolk and browned bottoms and no uncooked white without the risk of breaking the yolks trying to flip them or overcooking the yolk on top. My egg tech is changing
