FYI: Vaping should not be a cool trend. When I tell people I vape, they judge me as a douche, and every time I need to explain that it is what helped me stop smoking.

I feel proud to say that by vaping (and by reducing gradually the amount of nicotine in my vape, I have been able to go from smoking more than a pack a day, to smoking no cigarettes a day.

1 and half year ago, I quit cigarette, and I’m just posting this to remind myself that I did a good job, and must keep on doing it, until the day that I won’t need to vape at all. Because vaping should be an alternative way to help to quit smoking and not a funny trend for kids. Keep that in mind
