@cococoalition is hosting a conference centered on the theme Black & Healthy: Nourishing Mental, Reproductive and Holistic Health. This is a daytime conference curated for women of the African Diaspora to be impacted by positive, empowering, and informational activities, dialogue, and resources centered around topics or themes experienced by Black women. ​ The day will consist of reproductive/women’s health and mental health panels, as well holistic health workshops, good food and good vibes! ‪my calendar is full of rainbow colors with deadlines, reminders, pesky tasks I’ve been avoiding and leisure time. often I get the question of “how do you have this much energy?” Or “you are so dang busy”. Well my secret, in which I will be diving in more deets @naabw is choosing to do what makes me happy and taking time to reflect, be in my thoughts and more!
