kaveh overeating on alhaitham’s tab (alhaitham offered to pay for their night out). alhaitham happy to see signs that Kaveh was warming up to him again, but his poker face gives kaveh a drastically different impression, who is scared of alhaithams judgement. it also doesnt help alhaitham stares at Kaveh’s tummy absentmindedly while thinking about said warming up.. cue kaveh getting extremely embarrassed and defensive to a clueless haitham

anon, bless your polite soul, you’re opening a huge can of worms. you have no idea how crazy I am about them when it comes to this kind of stuff. I will try to be concise when it comes to this ship.

after moving in with alhaitham, kaveh begins to put on weight. I guess that’s the effects of finally having stable living conditions for once and having such a sedentary job

also in turn due to the fact that the man he moved in with is Alhaitham. alhaitham usually has quite filling foods to keep his stature yk, and kaveh tends to have whatever alhaitham does.

however, kaveh does not excercise any where near the amount that Alhaitham does.

Alhaitham didn’t intentionally do this, but he is very much enjoying his bf’s weight gain and is upfront about it. kaveh, always assuming haitham is being sarcastic and rude when he’s just nd, takes it very personally and tries to lose it. he is very much unable to

in part this is due to the fact haitham is very accommodating for his bf (and very much a simp). even with his headphones, he’s always quick to notice when kaveh’s stomach protests about a lack of food, and even quicker to try to remedy that. and despite how complicated kaveh’s feelings are for his bf, he would never turn down his cooking (even if sometimes, he feels like it is a jab at his weight.)

so when kaveh tries to diet, his stomach starts growling 24/7 and thus he gets fed 24/7.

eventually, it does cumulate in a messy kaveh breakdown where it is made clear haitham’s comments are genuine, and he does love kaveh and thinks his fat makes him beautiful <3

haitham’s enjoying of all things tummy doesn’t stop at kaveh’s stomach, but also extends to his own. he very much enjoys the sounds his stomach makes

he makes sure to get brands of protein shakes that make his stomach and intestines the noisiest as it goes through him. after downing the shake, a lot of times his tummy will find itself on the end of a stethoscope - one of haitham’s fav devices to listen to his own tummy

kaveh comes into play here because Alhaitham would try to involve him in this - getting kaveh to feed him foods and liquids that make his stomach growl so haitham can enjoy the noises

this is also where kaveh discovers his own kinks. he asks to listen to the stethoscope once after a particularly upsetting meal was being digested by haitham and his life changed
