Hello Internet,
So I recently tried that viral tiktok tomato/feta pasta dish. Though, I substituted sunflower oil and shell pasta... since I do not have any olive oil or medium rigatoni.
Put the tomato and feta, in the oven at 400F for approximately 45minutes.
It turned out pretty nice. The tomato flavor did shine through all the cheese... I cut some of the cheese out since it seemed too much for the amount of tomatos I had.
I am sorry. I forgot to take a photo. I was so excited to eat it.
