Current weight: 130lb
Height: 5'4ft
Goal weight (for these 30 days): 120lb
Ultimate goal weight: 95lb
Day 2
I'm 5'4ft / 165cm
I'd rather to be around 175cm tbh
Day 3
I don't really have an specific person as inspiration but if I had to choose I'd definitely say Penn Badgley, mainly cos of his acting as Joe Goldberg.
Overall, I think I just think he's really really good-looking, I looove his jawline and cheekbones, the way his face is so freaking defined, his veiny hands, skinny legs, flat chest. I wanna look like him so bad man.
Day 4
That when I reach my ultimate goal think that is still not enough and not be able to stop.
Day 5
I think it's mainly cos of my low self-esteem lol, in certain way I see my ed as a slowly suicde and idk I feel more alive when I'm feeling like I'm dying.
Day 6
I do not binge anymore:)
Day 7
They've noticed by themselves, they don't know how I do it but they don't really care too much.
Day 8
Lately I'm not exercising sm (working on it) but when I do it literally just follow the most random routines that I can find on YT
