A major reason why I am so adamant about pushing back on transmedicalism is because, despite the Dysphoria Discourse being remembered as transmasc infighting, transmeds were distinctly transmisogynistic. While "nondysphoric" transmascs were framed as cringey tryhards/girls who wanted to be special, "nondysphoric" transfems were framed as predatory sexual deviants [it's almost like this is right in line with the transphobic position on trans people as a whole!] Transmeds ate up accusations of predatory transfems faking their transness like candy.

Transmedicalism has no place in trans liberation. Viewing transess as a biologically-determined disorder will not save us.
