Herta didn't often visit universities, mostly because the staff at them kept trying to get her to teach classes. She only really enjoyed imparting knowledge when it was on her terms, and standing in a classroom with a bunch of bored teenagers wasn't anywhere near her terms.
But this particular university had received a number of ancient texts, and despite being willing to pay a premium, they wouldn't let her take them out of the building. So sitting in the farthest corner with all she and Lomic could fit in their arms it was.
At least until Lomic apparently got bored and decided to distract her.
A little laugh left Herta's lips as she leaned closer to the other woman, one hand leaving the book on her lap to press to her cheek. "Leave it to you to find a library romantic."
