Good day to you all. I am the calm, clever and purple-wearing side of the great hero Link once split by the power within the Four Sword. You may call me Vio. I have been knighted by the current sovereign of Hyrule, Princess Zelda. And I currently work to protect the kingdom from the demons that reside in this world. [ Independant Roleplay blog from Vio from the manga adaptation of Four Swords Adventures. ]

It isn't a bad thing. However, it serves for some boring days that I would have much rather spent reading.

-Quietly rises from within Vio’s shadow and shoves a centipede down the back of Vio’s tunic. Maybe things won’t be so quiet anymore~.-

-Someone obviously wanted to hear a girlish shriek from the knight and... Well... They got one. And then he leapt up, practically dancing to attempt to shake out the slimy creature from his back. Of course, once it was out, he snapped around to see Shadow, a scowl creasing his expression.-

Explain.

The kingdom has been rather quiet lately...

You find yourself at the top of a familiar tower. Before you, a figure, rigid and still, lays blanketing shards of a broken mirror. You rush to his side and pull him to your lap. Weary, empty eyes fix upon your face. "You betrayed me," he says, with a bitterness you cannot forget. You apologize; he says nothing at all. You gaze upward into the dark sky and watch, with sad eyes, as his body shatters into shadowy wisps and disperses into the night in one unceasing radiation of gloom.

-A frown creased his brow, ears twitch once, he had stopped dead in his tracks. Still as stone as dreams like that had waved through his mind more than once. More than twice. In fact, they were almost nightly. They were the reason that he was missing out on those wonderful eight hours of blissful nothingness.

After silence had had it's grip on the young hero for a solid few minutes, he let out a huff through his nose. Although obviously affected by his companions words, he would still deny. After all, his personal sleeping schedule and what he dreamed of weren't of any importance to the other, were they?-

I do not know what you are speaking of, Shadow.

As foolish as all this folklore is, I suppose I should wish you all the best on this holiday and hope that you all keep safe. I'm not a superstitious person myself, which is a bit wrong of me considering that I have battled with the demons of hell. But I certainly do not believe the majority of the tales that are written down in the oh so many 'spooky' books I have come across.

Any who, I do hope all you children in castle town stay safe tonight. Beware of any suspicious looking beings or monsters. But enjoy whatever sugary snacks you can obtain.

I shall be patrolling the castle grounds as usual, so if there is any trouble, don't fear to come to me. No matter your age, it's my duty to protect this kingdom.

Surprised I’m still ali… Why, you! I’m not that dumb! In case you forgot, I’m the best fighter out of us all! You can roll your eyes all you want, but all that training I do doesn’t leave me short on strength!

Your training may not leave you short on strength, but what is power if you do not have the brains to use it efficiently? You become nothing more than an over powered runt who leaves themselves wide open for attack as they do not think through their actions.

Uh huh.

I'm rather surprised that you're still alive, Blue. With the brains of the group absent, I would have thought that you would have catapulted yourself over the gates of Hyrule in attempt to gain enough momentum to pierce a Moblin's skull.

I congratulate you on surviving this long.

-Well that earned a flustered huff from the violet hero, who shuffled quickly to regain his stance and push his now ruffled golden hair out his eyes. Rude, Shadow. Not that Vio really minded anyway.-
