What is this.. some sort of interactive diary?

I think Tumbler is an amazing place because all kinds of people are able to express themselves and tell their stories here. This is just my little corner where I can share my thoughts, stories, and opinions. If you'd like me to share my opinions or thoughts on something just ask. I'd love to share my perspective on stuff as well as hear about yours. ................................................................................................................. A bit about me: My favorite animal is a cat, but I love big dogs. I don't like spiders or koalas. My favorite colors are purple and orange. I tend to rant when I talk about things I love. On Myself- Goal

I am a hypocrite. I often talk about things I don’t fully understand. I lie. I make promises I don’t intend to keep.

I am not a perfect person.

However,

I understand that I can not grow as a person until I recognize that I have faults and confront them. I intend to be truthful here. I want to hold myself to the same standards that I hold others to and force myself to “practice what I preach”. I want to break my habit of making false promises and train myself to either follow through or admit that I will not. I want to learn more about this world and the people in it so that I can better understand who I am and where I stand, as well as grow and develop as a person.

I recognize that

I must put in effort to become a better person. I need to spend time and take little steps. I have to do it for myself too. I can do it.

Others can help me move in the right direction, but I’m the one who has to move my feet and go there.

My goal is to become someone who I am proud of.

An intro

Well hello there! You have somehow managed to stumble across this place.

I don’t mean to belittle others or their opinions by making this. I just wanted to be able to share my thoughts and express myself and my thoughts somewhere. If I ever say something that is offensive or is incorrect, please let me know so that I can learn from my mistakes and grow as a person.

I describe myself as a “straight white christian female”. That was my attempt at throwing some basic info that is related to a couple of topics I plan on posting about.

I know there are already a lot of people who speak about sexual orientation, race, religion, and gender who are similar to me. This is just me (respectfully) putting my two cents in. In a way, this is more for myself. This is a way for me to see what others think about my stance. It’s a way for me to get feedback and examine arguments for and against the way that I think.

This is a place that I plan on using for stating my thoughts and opinions, expressing myself through words and (sub-par) drawings, posting snippets of my story and random things, and learning and developing as a person.

I’m exited to grow as a person and would love for you to ask me questions about every and anything.
