If it wasn’t obvious enough it is welcome home and has been for about 3 and a half years straight, it’s been my first ever proper fandom and i’ve met so many (all of) my online friends through it! I’m so happy to have such a supportive community that has really helped me during the years.

Anyways back to welcome home I absolutely adore being able to theorise so much, most my friends know me as THE theorist which makes me literally so jolly because I spend so much time and care into every theory I make. I also think it is so cool we’re watching the lore for welcome home unravel in real time, the character designs are so well thought out and the creators care about the project so much!

I was a little worried that if I explicitly tell you all that they're straight, that it would discouraged someone from playing around with them, seriously don't be, I change their sexualities basically everyday! <:]

It brings me such joy~ the reason they're straight is because this story takes place in the 70s yk? Homophobia was everywhere and donnie and Myra are supposed to represent the... Binary I guess 😅 donnie is super macho, Myra is super feminine, it brings conflict when they're placed in WH which I loovvveeeeee

But damn~ I love changing it up a lot! For example I like making Myra trans which would explain why she'd be so hyperfemenine, if she was born a guy, then it shows how desperately she's trying to be a woman, starving herself as a desperate attempt rid of any physical strength or manly muscles! But even then there'd be signs, she's tall~ she's flat~ it could give her mad gender dysphoria! Heheheheh drama😀

And then donnie! I've said it before, but he acts the way he does because he grew up around the worst of the worst, hearing about how "unnatural" gay people are would be the nicest thing he's seen or heard other people do or say about them... But hear me out.... If he was the gayest guy on the block 🌚 ALL THE INTERNAL CONFLICT WOULD BE PUURRREEE CINEMAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

This is specifically for beta Donnie only! Donnie in every other au is straight 😅 the reason Victim is different is because… this is genuinely what Donnie was like when I first made him🌚 he was a background character with no gender or story or soul (hence why I didn’t give him eyes) andddd today I made the decision that they transitioned from female, why? Cuz when I first started putting a gender on them I saw them as female… my sister is the one that convinced me to make them male, cuz well, she just saw them that way🤷‍♀️ I mean I’m glad she did, I love Donnie 😀 but Victim has a completely different charm ✨
