Will o' the wisp by alexstoddard After three or four different attempts, it feels good to finally create this picture. I faced so many setbacks in previous tries - whether it be a model showing up to set, then simply refusing to go through with the effect, or another canceling an hour before the scheduled shoot.. I finally just decided to make it a self-portrait, for I feared it would never be made if I didn't just step in myself. I'm learning pretty quickly that I'm the only person I can rely on 100% of the time. Nothing is manipulated here - neither the smoke in the background or the flame in my hand.
