SEND THAT VARIABLE TO TRIPWIRE!!!!!!
Congratulations! You have won $50 in the Tumblr giveaway for the most active user. To claim your prize, you need to complete the verification process.
NONE OF YOU SCAN THAT ABSOLUTELY NONE OF YOU how kind of them to initiate scam lesson #3 by tagging me! this, everybody, is another (more direct) example of a scam! if you scan this QR code, (while i don't know the exact method they'll use) you'll end up losing something very important. the most likely case is that it will install/download malware directly onto your device just by scanning it. this will likely result in private information being stolen, your device being destroyed, or some combination of both! do not scan this. they are not giving 50$ away. it will cost significantly more to fix the damages this QR code will cause than it will reward you (0$ in rewards) tumblr is NOT doing giveaways for "most active user" (this blog isn't even "most active", and many people have been tagged so how can i be the most active out of everybody if we all are?) and, even if they were, they would NOT be sending you an image with a sketchy-looking QR code asking for verification. in fact, the image isn't even correlated to the supposed giveaway at all! this image suggests that you must scan it and "verify" yourself before you can continue using the site in order to "protect the community from fraud" (ironic), which the giveaway text isn't saying anything related whatsoever! all in all, do not scan this, no matter how desperate for 50$ you may be. it's not worth it. there's no 50$. just scams.
