Thus, before acquiring its own production equipment, the company was engaged in the sale of remanufactured tires. After the merger with the Falls Rubber Company, a larger association was formed, which already produced about 2850 tires per day.
In wartime, the company shifted to manufacturing products for the front, including pontoons, rafts, tires for military equipment. During this period, Cooper's own recognizable logo appears. After the war, there is an expansion of production capacity in different states of the country from north to south.
At the end of the twentieth century, thanks to the introduction of innovative equipment and technologies, radial tires with a lifetime warranty were first launched on the market. Following the acquisition of a small tire company in Mexico, Cooper began to gradually market products in Latin America. The conclusion of the contract with the German ContiTech influenced the systematic development in terms of improving the equipment. In addition, the company entered into an agreement with major trading organizations in France and Switzerland.
