Seeing him lying in a hospital bed and not be able to tell him she loved him without a confused reaction was torture and hearing him ask what her name was over and over again was like a punch to the stomach. But it was all over now, and things were back to… well… things were back to normal. She kissed him again, apologizing against his lips, "Sorry, I just really miss kissing you."

Connor kissed her back, his hand pushing her hair back and away from her face and he laughed softly when she spoke. "Don't apologize, sweetheart. You have nothing to be sorry for. I missed kissing you, too." He pressed his lips to hers once more, deeper than the last time. He cradled her body against his side, his neck craned at a weird angle in order to kiss Natalie. He was happy to have it all back. To have his girl back and his memories and his life. If he could, he'd live in that exact moment forever.
