Happy friday! In order to celebrate labor day weekend I thought I would do a feature post on fake photos and real ones. Let’s begin:

The following are the full images of photos I notice get cropped quite often.
AND ALSO
This is not Lyn Z (Nor is that Bandit..someone just cropped her head onto the body of a woman who, I must say, has great music taste.)
This is not Frank
This is not Gerard kissing Frank
This is not Frank kissing Gerard (Its Jeph Howard, I believe)
And the person sitting with Frank here is MIKEY NOT GERARD.
A/N: Theres a lot more obviously, but I just tried to cover the ones I’ve encountered most. I may do a sequel. I have to say though that some of the manips I’ve come across while making this post are just shockingly bad, so I didnt even include them because I mean… c’mon. Someone needs to make a badmcrmanips twitter or something….
I just want to reblog this again since I’ve been seeing a lot of a certain photo on this list (the last one) making circulations. So just as a reminder…
Black Trans Lives Matter
Black Disabled Lives Matter
Black LGBTQ+ Lives Matter
Black Womens’ Lives Matter Black Lives Matter. Period.
this, this and more of this
just a friendly reminder that trans people don’t owe you anything!
Saw this and wanted to share the important message.

if somebody touches you in a way that you don't like or that makes you feel uncomfortable then KICK THEM IN THE DICK (or vagina) and scream something at them in Russian. I recommend this phrase for the ladies: Отойди от меня, ты, пиздец, хватающий пизду, я обрушу на твою задницу ад, как ты никогда раньше не видел. which roughly translates to: "get away from me you pussy grabbing motherfucker or I will unleash hell on your ass like you have never seen before." and for the boys: " убирайся от меня, черт возьми, хрен У меня есть сила Божья и аниме на моей стороне." which roughly translates to "get the hell away from me you dick grabbing motherfucker, I have the power of God and anime on my side."
THANK YOU FOR 300! AHH ❤️

Brendon’s “Rape Joke”
ok, this is in bad taste, but nothing worth getting the whole fandom up in arms about.
^
Please don’t excuse rape jokes. For the love of everything, please, do not excuse rape jokes.
Don’t put “rape joke” in quotations as if it’s hypothetical, imaginary, and in people’s heads. It’s real, and its consequences are also painfully real. Joking about rape plays a huge part in oppressing women, acquitting rapists, re-victimizing victims and leaving them to deal with what happened to them ALONE in a society that would rather trivialize their pain than acknowledge it. The same society that would rather laugh at them than believe them. The same society that would rather blame them than tell men not to rape.
I know it’s a hard pill to swallow that we’re all knees-deep in a society that fosters rapists, but the faster you realize it, the faster you can fight against it. And trust me, you want to fight against it, because whoever you are, wherever you are — this effects you. Stop spreading this bullshit about it being “not a big deal”, stand next to your sisters and speak up.
TRIGGER WARNING FOR RAPE CULTURE
Finally, someone with common sense. I lost so much respect for Brendon when I heard this, you guys don’t even know.
This isnt even necessarily a rape joke. He is just saying that he is going to have sex with everyone whether they like it or not (why wouldnt they?). You guys are getting offended over nothing.
Well, if someone in that audience doesn’t like sex and Brendon’s going to have sex with them anyway, that’s rape. LOGIC.
And NO, we’re not ‘getting offended over nothing’. We’re getting offended because it’s people like you, and people all around this fandom, saying that Brendon’s RAPE JOKE is ‘NOTHING’ that legitimate rape and allow it to happen. It’s for people like you that 3 year olds and 70 year olds alike get raped. Kids at school, at their owm homes and on the streets get raped. It’s a sad reality some of us are trying to change by speaking up, not only against rapists but against people that, like you, and, I hate to say it, like Brendon, allow this to happen. Just because I like a certain band doesn’t mean I’m going to agree with everything they say, and this is something I don’t agree with. I am not getting offended ‘over nothing’. I am getting offended because he used something people struggle against to get fans to scream. That’s never, EVER right.
tl;dr FUCK YOU.
I’m reblogging again just to say ^this oh my god, it’s not okay to brush it off because Brendon is hot and you would fuck him, that doesn’t go for everyone.
oh my goodness. this is what i think: i’m not saying rape jokes are funny or excusable. BUT THIS IS BRENDON URIE. do you actually think he thinks before he speaks? he crosses boundaries ALL THE TIME. he says lots of stuff HE DOES NOT MEAN. i’m not saying what he did was right, but i do think that you need to take into account who said the comment in question when you pass your judgment.
This is the ONLY time I will address this on this blog. It is NEVER okay to let something like this go by. It doesn’t matter if he meant it or not. He said it. It is what it is. He needs to realize that he is responsible for everything he says. It doesn’t matter that he’s “Brendon Urie, lead singer of Panic! at the Disco”. He shouldn’t have said it. He shouldn’t say things that he “doesn’t mean”. That doesn’t excuse this or make it less than it is.
Sexual assault/rape is serious and I’m sure that there are plenty of Panic! fans who struggle with what’s left after they are assaulted (including myself) and work hard at coming to terms with/overcoming nightmares and memories from their experiences.
Please just take a moment and try to put yourself in the shoes of someone who has been a victim/survivor of sexual assault. Imagine you go to a show to have fun/relax/enjoy yourself and you’re triggered because the lead singer of the band you love said something he “ didn’t mean”. It is NOT okay. It doesn’t matter who said it. It will still NEVER be okay to say something like this. It shows a lack of thought and respect for fans.
the people who are defending the joke by saying "y'all are too sensitive" or "this is an old clip" are part of the problem. we are not being too sensitive, rape is not a funny subject, in any way. so many people have been affected by it. it's not funny at all. the age of Brendon in the clip also doesn't matter, he was an adult and should've known better than to make such a disgusting and unfunny joke. you also can't defend it by saying "he has a dry sense of humor" when the joke is blatantly unfunny. Brendon shouldn't have said it. period.
A few good spooky movies because I hate Christmas films and why not?

2. Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) ~ a cult classic
3. Scream (1996) ~ greatly influenced Slasher subgenre
4. Halloween (1978) ~ one if the first slashers
5. Friday the 13th (1980) ~ another cult classic
6. Saw (2004) ~ sadistic and gorey
7. My Bloody Valentine (1981) ~ good for the gore hounds
8. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) ~ classic with cannibalism
9. Peeping Tom (1960) ~ little known but good
10. All The Boys Love Mandy Lane (2006) ~ thriller
