funky flames

For my next robot master drawing, the wheel of fortune chose Flameman!

I didn't really have any crazy ideas on what to draw for this particular robot master, but the first thing I did was try giving him an actual mustache. I think it suits him pretty well. He kinda reminds me of one of the students who used to work at our library for a short time, he had the exact same funny mustache. :D

As for my next robot master, the wheel has chosen……. Burstman! And don't you worry, I already have some diabolical ideas for him. Maybe I'll put him in a bikini or something. (Just in time for summer)

As I was debating what kind of wacky situation I wanted to draw Torchman in, I read on his Wiki page that he's a robot made to give lectures on fire safety. Very respectable indeed. As my libraries certified safety officer (no idea if that's the right English word for that), I can tell you that fire safety is a very very important subject matter. Double so if your surrounded by very flammable books. If I catch a student smoking near our books, I have the legal obligation to murder them. (Don't fact-check that)

Another thing I noticed while reading his Wiki page is that he's very similar to MMFCs Fireman. The whole "learning to control his anger so his flames don't go out of control" and the "Torch-jutsu", whatever the hell that is, reminds me a lot of Fully Charged Firemans issues. Only instead of some made up form of martial arts, Fireman is really into doing yoga. As you know from my 11000+ word essay on Fireman and Waveman, if someone knows these characters, it's gotta be me. So yeah, they're very similar.

Sorry in advance that this has somehow turned into a Fully Charged essay once again. (not sorry at all) Since I'm really into shipping Fireman and Waveman and I've been thinking about giving them a post canon (fan?) child, I thought that it's gotta be Torchman. At first, I thought about Magmaman (since, yknow fire + water = magma or something like that), but I wasn't really sure since his body type is completely different from both Fire and Wave. But after I drew Torchman holding a little kitty cat and saving it from a blazing inferno, I realized that if they do have a kid together, it's gotta be the Fully Charged version of Torchman. I have to draw fanart of that, hoooly shit. I still have so many ideas for Fully Charged content in general, but the robot master chart takes priority for now. And in case you were wondering, Fireman is the one who gets pregnant, obviously. (How that would work, I have no clue, just use your imagination)

But enough of pregnant robots (sigh…) and back to the original topic: Torchman rescuing a black cat from a forest fire like some rugged firefighter. I'm not quite sure what the hell I did with the flames in the background, I was just lazy once again and didn't wanna draw a real background. And just in case you were worried: the cat is perfectly fine. It probably feels very safe in Torchmans strong arms.

freaky vampires in your area

For my next entry in my "drawing all Mega Man robot masters" series, I rolled Shademan on the wheel of fortune B)

I used that as an excuse to try drawing clothes some more, especially leather ones. The end result was Shademan in hyper realistic leather pants that kinda clash with his cartoon visage, lol. But I still think it looks cute, especially with the color scheme.

I gave Shademan a Vampire Diaries shirt because my mom is completely obsessed with that show at the moment. I spent my Easter vacation watching the first two seasons with her (against my will). That Damon guy pissed me off so much... >:(

Epic Christianity fanart

You may have seen this piece and thought "Wait a moment... The tagline of Ultrakill is literally 'Mankind is dead', so why is there a human in this image?" This scene actually takes places way before the start of the game. Probably even before Gabriel became judge of hell and was still playing messenger boy for his Father.

This piece doesn't depict any important part of the bible, it's just Gabriel visiting a praying nun at the altar of a church.

Becoming a nun has kind of been a fantasy of mine for a long time now (Probably since I almost gave up my apprenticeship to go to clown college). Just something about living together with other like-minded women in a tight-knit community, with every day full of purpose... Sounds like heaven on earth to me. I'm like one minor inconvenience away from joining a monastery. If I happen to stop posting at any point in the future, you can assume that I became a nun and fully devoted myself to god.

Anyway, the stained glass window on the right actually shows Jesus Christ in the real life version of the church that inspired the one in this image. But I read a while ago that Jesus actually never existed in the Ultrakill lore and that the cross is actually a reference to the tree of life rather than the crucifixion. That's why I just copied the left window over to the right. Not because I was lazy or something, actual lore reasons. ;)

I've had this in my wip folder for over half a year lol. Today is the day I finally post it. Not related to any recent game updates in the slightest.

I drew this last year when I bought and downloaded all of Alex Reeds (aka Thoushaltnots, aka Seemings) albums on Bandcamp. On the EP "Better Roads" was a song called "Only Skin" that just screamed Ultrakill to me. Please have a listen, it's so peak: https://thoushaltnot.bandcamp.com/track/only-skin

The lyrics feel kinda... I don't know, intimate in a disgusting way? Fantasizing about intestines and cerebral fluid is not really standard romantic practice, yet it fits V1 like a glove.

I took the line "A clear blue sky where my heart should be" literal. So I drew just that. Maybe this takes places at the very end of the game, where V1 has slain every single living thing left in hell and is now in the deepest bowels of the underworld, slowly starving to death and dreaming up images of Gabriel, who at this point is long dead (by their own hands).

Ultrakill is not going to have a happy ending, I'll tell you that much...
