Not an exact translation of NHK’s captions, but I think it captures the meaning.  When the official NHK twitter urged us to watch till the last second for an important message, quite a number of fans thought there would be some announcement regarding Kouhaku (NHK was probably trolling us). But this short montage was far better than that.

Koichi is Tsuyoshi’s support - Part 2 When my friends were there, they did the two-man arm carry to raise a third person. They also saw someone kneeling and their partner stepping on their back to reach the buttons. The shoulder ride is definitely not the only option. Just saying ;)

The female guest (a KinKi Kids fan) asked if the two of them were more Tsun Tsun or Dere Dere. Both answered that they were alright with both, but Koichi commented that he tended to become more Dere Dere the closer he gets to a person. Cue fake surprised Tsuyoshi. 

Not too sure what would be a better translation for デレ though

The actual translation “It’s Tsuyoshi’s fault that it almost always rains during our location shoots so far!”  It’s funnier this way for the gifs though, and conveys almost the same meaning.
