First of all, I wanted to make it clear that I'm no expert on Avatar (although I've been a huge fan since the first movie was released in 2009). I watched the movie Avatar: Way of water and I was very curious about the other clans.
I know we'll see more of them in the other movies but I wanted to bring some of my headcannons, mixed with theories I've seen and the information we have.

Initially we have the two clans with more information so far:
The main clan of the first Avatar movie, his main identity is based on his great spiritual connection and his great textile and weaving skills. They live in the forests.
Being the main focus of the second film, this clan is nicknamed the Ocean Clan. Its body structure is more adapted for depths, having stronger limbs and thicker legs. Water is extremely sacred to them just as the forest is to the Omatikaya. They are excellent swimmers.
Moving on now to the less prominent clans with little or no information, much here will be based on headcannons and theories. As we don't have a physical view of them, I also added what shade I imagine them to be (some already had them but I wanted to bring more distinction to them)
Not being explicitly mentioned by name, this clan was nicknamed the horse clan due to its close ties to the direhorses. They are nomadic peoples. They are known for their excellent sense of direction and hunting ability. They are a little shorter than the average Na'vi. Their eyes are gray.
One more, not mentioned by name, is a clan that lives on the cliffs of the eastern sea. They are known for their aerial combat prowess, excellent swimmers and their eclectic and independent nature. They are great strategists. Their appearance is similar to the Omatikaya, except for broader shoulders. Their eyes are red.
It was the first clan to have contact with humans and the only known to use real armor in battle. They are known for their fearlessness and combat skills, living in separate villages. Having been the first to encounter humans, they are also the most technologically advanced and violent. They live in separate villages because of humans. They are more muscular than the standard Na'vi. Their hair is bluish and eyes are dark green
They are a craft clan known for their use of bones. They are an underground people living in the caves of Pandora. They have thin and long fingers. In color they are the most distinguished having white hair and milky eyes (they are practically blind on the surface)
Considered a wetland clan, the Hulanta live near swamps and rivers. Being more adapted to fresh water, they are leaner than the Metkayina. They have an excellent nose and are known for their fishing ability. Their eyes are light green and their hair is dark green.
Known for their love and respect for the viperwolves, this clan is the most animalistic of the na'vi. Their claws are longer and their teeth sharper. They are known to seek out conflict and live in the mountains. Their eyes are purple.
This clan is known for being great fighters and aerial hunters. Living atop mountains, these Na'vi are adapted for the thinnest air and pressure of flying. Their body is slightly elongated for aerodynamics and its eyes are eagle-like.
A clan allied with the Omatikaya, they are more attached to trees, rarely walking on the ground. They are excellent harvesters and their food consists mainly of small birds. They are smaller than Omatikaya and lighter. Their eyes are a darker shade of yellow and they usually wear their hair short regardless of gender.
Like the Olangi clan, the Rey'tanu clan is nomadic. Being known for its friendliness, this clan is known for making agreements between clans and more friendly to relationships between clans having several mesticos. They are diplomats and traders. They are more physically rough and their eyes are bluish purple.
Known for their tremendous love and respect for banshees, they live on the western sea cliffs. They are very similar physically to the Tayrangi Clan. Although they have mostly the same skills they are culturally different being more instinctual and artistic. Their eyes are white-pinkish
