This month it has been 3 years since I started wearing hijab. SubhanAllah it’s amazing how it becomes a part of you, and you feel so content doing an act of worship constantly. May Allah reward us and make it easy for our sisters who wish to start with it. From my own experiences, in the mind it was a war thinking to begin with it, than to really start wearing it. Thoughts can be controlling. Therefor my dearest sisters, first of all, work hard to get closer to The Almighty, learn more about Him, learn about His Rahma and the love He has for you as His servant - and you will start to understand the concept of the hijab. Suddenly, you’ll be seeing yourself walking down the road covered for His sake. In shaa Allah.
