It's been awhile since I've woken up without an agenda and just stayed at home. To sum it up, today's random activities consisted of moving between my desk and my bed with my laptop, re-organizing things (even though I'm moving out soon), trying to get a good picture of my tea steam, and munching on @sudforno's mini Bombalones. You gotta give yourself a chill day every so often eh? ✌ It was certainly refreshing but I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's wanderings! Just a few more hours actually...Oooh so pink 🌸

I was buying a cup of coffee when I glanced over to see @yogipersaudand @thekineta taking pictures of theirs. "I MUST PHOTOGRAPH MINE LIKE THAT TOO", I thought impulsively. And so here it is, thank you guys for the coffee styling inspiration ☕ Whether I'm working on a design or photo project, I can get pretty stubborn with the whole art-making process. Sometimes, I just get too comfortable doing things the way I like and that I'm familiar with. However, since stepping into a deeper creative sphere through university and @instagram, connecting with so many creatives has certainly changed that. It still makes me anxious at times but I'll always tell myself: BE OPEN TO EVERYTHING *power pose* 🌚

I find that weather dictates my mood to a great degree. This comes from the occasional gloomy and pollutant days I've experienced with my upbringing in Beijing for 17 years. But now, the bi-polarness of Toronto weather is what I'm struggling to deal with. I try not to hold on to that though because I'd much rather be doing more. Here's to yesterday's wanderings on the east side. Details of fallen leaves from trees and rippling of water from the cold breeze. Also, a moody edit to tie in the atmosphere altogether 🌚
