Because of activity reasons and a busy shedule of the admins and players, we decided to close this roleplay for a while and get a revamp done. With a new theme, new graphics, some new roles being written etc, we hope to reopen somewhere in July. All of our current players are welcome to stay and keep roleplaying in the meantime, as for new members wanting to join, we won’t be accepting before the date we will set out later in time. We want to reopen this place fresh and clean, and we will abslutely love to have you then !! Seeing the massive activity check lists we have to deal with each week and the knowledge of people slowly having their muse dying because of a general inactivity on the dash, the admins decided it would be best for us (and assumingly also for you) to take a break for a while and do a revamp of this place we have grown to call our home (and we hope you have as well). We are not willing to give up on QESA already, seeing we have been going strong for almost two years. But we do realize that we have simply landed into a slumber and our play (theme, some roles, graphics, maybe even some of the plots set out) is becoming a bit outdated. That’s why we decided to revamp entirely. A new theme, some new roles and graphics and the opportunity for everyone who wants to reset their character’s current roleplay past should provide us with a new, fresh start to regain what once was an amazing, active roleplay.  With our exams getting closer (and we assume we are not the only ones who’ll be busy the next months, so a break might be best for everyone, seeing no one will have to worry about activity etc...) we decided to start revamping at the end of June, and we’d love to open again somewhere midst or end July. No one of you should feel obliged to stay, we want to get this message across loud and clear. If we reopen, we want to do this with players who are dedicated to our play and who are simply wanting to stay. That being said, all players who’d like to return in a few months, please shoot us a message ASAP so we have an idea of who we can still count on. If you decide to stay after our break, you are free to keep the role(s) you’d like, and also to reset them if you think that’s just what your muse needs. But you don’t have to do this, if you don’t want to restart your character from scratch. This is all up to you, we would just like to be informed in time on what your plan(s) are. If you’d like to drop your roles and reapply for a new one, that’s totally fine as well. Take note that we would absolutely love for as many of you to return with us, of course. 

Please, keep an eye on the main because at the end of June we will be starting to post again, write up some new roles, etc... So if you decide to stay, this might be very useful information. Also, if you’d like to return with your own written role, make sure to send it in time so we can include them as a canon. Please, message us ASAP whether you are willing or wanting to stay with us, and if so, with which roles. If you think QESA just isn’t for you anymore and you are not willing to wait a few months, then we are totally cool with it, just let us know so we can reopen the roles later on or remove them if they were OC. We’d be very sad to see you go, though, we do want to emphasize dedication is key here. We also will be attracting new players, so we can create a fun, active environment for everyone.

One more important note is that we are in definite need of another co-admin or two to get this thing up and running smoothly again in a few months. We are so sorry to have to close this for a while, but if you really want to, it’s fine to continue or finish the plot(s) you are excited for or don’t want to wait to continue. Maybe she could be confronted with nightmares about her past? About her parents being taken from her? You could enlighten us a bit on how she feels about it today?

I always like a diary excerpt? Maybe after a hard day, after her arriving at QESA, maybe it could also be about her past?

You could write her leaving her hometown and going to QESA. How it makes her feel, why she wants to join QESA, etc…

Hi, sorry for not answering this question earlier! I love Emeraude, and we actually used her for the original faceclaim for Aurora Martinez, who has been taken up by the lovely Kim a week ago, with a faceclaim change. Now for other open canon characters, I’m afraid we don’t have any character left that fits Emeraude ethnicity or looks-wise… Except from Willow, she could work. I’m so sorry I couldn’t give more suggestions, honey! If you’re not okay with this, maybe message us off anon so we can try to work something out.

Hey there!! For Allison, we searched for a girl with an ethnicity that came closer to her brother faceclaim, Avan Jogia, and we found Naomi Scott, Charli XCX and Melinda Shankar. DECLAN KEYES, better known as “THE BOXER” is 20 YEARS OLD and an ARCHITECTURE MAJOR at QESA University. He’s often told to look like TARON EGERTON. His role is OPEN/TAKEN.

At the age of twenty years old, Declan Keyes has already managed to make quite a name for himself. Starting to box professionally at the age of eighteen, Declan started to climb the ranks quickly and became somewhat of a household name within two years. His love for the sport began much earlier however, though it started out as something different back when he was only twelve years old. Being the middle child out of three, his parents thought he was just acting out to try and get more attention by coming back home with bruises and cuts. Though sometimes mistaken for a bully, Declan was anything but. He was actually more the defender of the bullied, unfortunately he didn’t use words to do said defending, but rather his fists. After a while, he realised how much he started to enjoy the sensation, and before he could take it too far, his father decided to take him to a gym where he could take out all his issues out on a bag rather than a playground bully.

It didn’t take long for his trainer to realise that the young boy showed a lot of promise, and after receiving the permission from his parents, Declan started properly training. Soon enough, he got hooked to the sport, and everything started to revolve around it. Before school he would go to his gym and train, after school he would go back to the gym and train and pretty much the entirety of his weekend would be spent there as well. He wanted nothing more than to fight professionally in the future, but was held back by just one thing; his mother. She wasn’t too fond of the idea of her little boy fighting every night in a ring, and possibly getting hurt. After a lot of convincing, Declan was finally able to make a deal with her. He could go and fight professionally once he had reached the proper age of eighteen, and he had to promise to take a break at some point and get an education at a university before he would continue. Declan agreed, and so his career started.

After winning his latest championship belt, Declan announced that he was going to take a break from the sport at a press conference, which left the world in shock. Supported by his family and his coach, the young boxer told the reporters of how he made his mother a promise and how he would be attending university for the time being until he has earned his diploma, with the promise of returning to boxing once he has achieved that. For weeks it was all you could hear about whenever you turned on the sporting news, and opened the newspaper to the sporting section. People tried to get him to change his mind, but to no avail. The Welsh lad was going to university whether people liked it or not.

Having spent two years doing anything but studying, Declan finds himself struggling at times, but it’s nothing that he can’t deal with – it can’t be harder than surviving the boxing ring, right? He’s basically a pro at that, so he could definitely get a degree. Between all his lectures and his hours spent studying, the young man still finds himself in the gym every day, training for the day that he can return to what he is meant to be doing.

Emily Shay; [acquaintance] Arriving at QESA, Declan already knew that there was a possiblity or running into Emily, knowing her as his younger sister’s friend. The two never really spent much time around each other, but they were always friendly to one another. Julia Cooper; [protector]  When he met Julia on his first day on campus, it didn’t take very long for the two of them to become friends. Their friendship came rather natural, and soon enough his protective side started to show.; feeling the need to look after her, like he would with any of his friends, really.

LUNA GALLOWAY, better known as “THE FACADE” is 16 YEAR OLD and a DANCER at QESA. She’s often told to look like NICOLA PELTZ. Her role is OPEN/TAKEN.

Being the only child of Rosemary and Demetri Galloway, Luna Jane Galloway was her parents pride and joy. As they were an extremely conservative and a devoted Christian couple, her parents had spent years trying for a baby with no luck whatsoever. Even though they had the options of artificial insemination and different medical practices, they declined all of them due to their faith. Believing that if they were meant to have children, God would provide them naturally. One day, when Mrs. Galloway was already in her mid-thirties and the couple had given up trying, she realized she’d missed her period. Elated, the woman rushed to the nearest drug store and purchased a pregnancy test. The little pink plus was all she’d ever wanted to see. Naturally, when Luna was born she was showered in love from all those around her.

They were the type of family that went to church together every Sunday, sent out annual Christmas cards, sat down for every dinner meal, and showed support for any sporting games, shows, or pageants, any of them took part in or coached. One event in particular the Galloway family always showed their faces were at Luna’s ballet recitals. She started at the age of five, and fell in love with it ever since as she was left awestruck by how graceful ballet dancers looked. Luna was always at the top of her class, excelling in all aspects, making the craft look simplistic, and providing a huge solo number for each recital. They say that everybody has one thing that they’re meant to do, and for Luna it had always been ballet. Perhaps that’s the reason why her parents sent her to the Queen Elisabeth School of Arts, where she truly belonged.

As everyone knows, all good things must come to an end, and Luna’s perfect life was no exception. Upon getting accepted into her dream school, the young girl got into a car crash and ended up having a concussion, a few broken ribs and a leg fracture. Her doctors feared that she might wouldn’t be able to dance anymore, and that seemed nothing but the hard truth when she recovered and failed miserable at trying routines she’d been doing since she was a child. Unable to be prescribed pain medication, because of it’s addictive nature, she was advised to sit out of ballet for the next three months. There was no way Luna could accept that though, seeing that she had to go back to school soon. Devastated, she accepted codeine pills a friends of hers had offered one faithful day, as she was told that they’d make her as good as she was before. Surprisingly, the pills permitted her to not feel a single thing when she dances; in fact she is better than ever. But pain killers are not designed to make the problem stop, they’re just designed to numb the pain…Which means Luna is doing more damage than good to her leg. Risking to get suspended when anyone founds out about her addiction, the girl can easily ruin her future.
