It’s wild how it took chapter 3A of Decay for more people to realize that Andrew is horrible like Ashley, who he blames for his actions to avoid taking full accountability for his actions because he’s afraid of accepting who he is. He’s more obsessed with fitting into society’s definition of “normal,” trying to bury his romantic and sexual feelings for his little sister, and stopping himself from giving in to have some sense of normalcy. Andrew even used Julia as an outlet for his sexual desires for Ashley for years, never caring about or loving her in the slightest.

Andrew is just as much of a fucked-up person as Ashley, yet people bend over backwards to make him look like an innocent victim despite him being an adult who's very capable of making his own choices. What's the point of liking a horrible character if you're not going to embrace how awful they truly are?

There would be no story if they weren't siblings, what is so difficult to understand that.

They have that relationship BECAUSE Andrew had to raise Ashley because their parents weren't doing it. If they were just friends, no events in the game would happen.
