IQuHack 2022
I managed to attend a hackathon and I actually contributed!
I helped with the idea, some part of the python and qiskit coding(my knowledge was quite basic, I realized) and mostly formatting and presentation.
Most of the submissions implemented algorithms into their games which would be interesting if I could understand what they were saying.
BESIDES, I had fun learning(even if I was super stressed occasionally) and I understand how much I need to learn in order to implement anything on code.
Sure I can define functions and classes. Sure, I can apply gates to quantum circuits too. However, I was pretty confused on how I would be able to implement certain things with the skills I currently have.
Algorithms are something I need to understand in order to understand machine learning and subsequently QML. So I’ll probably try to implement a program that can recommend songs based on previous history(its something I’ve wanted to do for a while but of course I need to learn first)
The hackathon did teach me a lot when it comes to working on projects but I would like to contribute more in the future.
