What about home/private care? Hours of work often not guaranteed with less than 1 hour cancellations & no guarantee of hours of work , so even though they receive higher pay per hour, the hour by hour base & no guarantee of work provided hours, provides less consistent than the average full time minimum wage earner, which means healthcare workers in private care are less likely to receive a consistent paycheque, not to mention that the tax's are increased and decreased according to paygrade & not average or consistent income. So if you make more hours per pay in one instance and less in the other, you aren't fairly tax'd appropriately. Then if your income comes in and you're single with no kids & your cost of living is through the roof for the area you work , you end up receiving next to nothing for tax returns. Don't forget to mention that your state of living based on your work is not guaranteed so how can we run a healthcare system with tax dollars and tax our healthcare workers and not guarantee them a consistent and respectable income? What is going on with our job system? Is this actually what we all want? Is this a democracy? What is free speech? Do we have rights to free speech? What are consequences of trying to better our communities & citizens? Can we give more people wages that are respectable and not having to worry about living paycheque to paycheque, will more younger adults be able to purchase property? Will they be able to contribute to market exchanges? How is removing tax going to help us if it is only applied to specific groups in our communities? How can we help all workers so that we can have a livable income and not have to worry about having dependants or being dependants, we need independence & social equity, we need to encourage more workers to keep working and give them all credit not just a select few.
