Sometimes I feel like I will never be satisfied with the weather. When it’s chilly I long for the hot summer days, and then when it’s warm I want rain, or the cool fall weather I miss out on living in California. [only 168 days until Halloween.] Perhaps I am just seeking an excuse to binge watch the ID channel and undesirable weather is always perfect for that.

The weather might not be that great yet again, no surprises there, though that’s never a problem when you’ve got an indoor pool. I couldn’t really see the appeal at first, but it’s been quite useful so far. If some of you want to relax and enjoy tons of food – Logan and I are planning a little BBQ. Just don’t forget your swimsuit, of course~

Pizza is great. Your trainer just does not appreciate great things. Why do you go to the gym, anyway? You look great enough as it is.

Because I enjoy eating what I want and if I didn’t work out who knows what i’d become.

I don’t see any problem having a cheat day of sorts really, it’s good mentally for you as you have your treat and go okay now back to the diet or whatever you’re doing. I workout all the time but have a treat once or twice a week.
