Fallout 3 came out almost 11 years ago, huh? I want to call this dialogue a little on the nose, but I think the nose actually sprouted legs and moseyed its way on over to it instead.

“I may be biased in saying this as an unarmed scientist, but New Vegas was honestly way better at handling weapons than Fallout 4. Almost all of the weapons follow the same exact theme: Semi, automatic, scatter, and mixes of two out of three. The only exception to the wide majority of the weapons is the Plasma-thrower mod. All of the lasers are red, unless it’s the institute’s… but those weapons have just about no advantages to standard laser. Meanwhile, in Vegas, your lasers were red, blue, green, automatic, scattering, recharging. Damage was as high as the ammo consumption, or as fast as you could dish it out. 

Power fists, a staple of the series, are just punchy in Fallout 4. In New Vegas, the were punchy-boomy, punchy-zappy, punchy-shooty, punchy, or a whirling buzzsaw of critical pain. 

All of these weapons were special, all of them helped define your character. Want Pew Pew? You’d need 50 star bottle caps.Want an Industrial Hand? You’d have to brave the insanity of the Divide. When it comes to unarmed, why use anything but the Furious Powerfist? Rifleman? You either use a Two-shot Gauss Rifle or sit around with a rifle that does three points of additional poison damage.

Now, you just have to stomp the right bug and hope for the best.”

how did billy survive in a fridge for 200 years. he wasn’t even cryo’d and the fridge had no power source anyway. there’s some speculation that ghouls don’t *need* to actually eat food to survive but that’s probably mostly, if not completely, untrue, not to mention the need for water or oxygen. and why was he in a fridge by jamaica plain if he lived down in quincy. what was he doing when the bombs fell. this has been eating me alive since i first did that quest
