Per the poll that was run the other day we are letting characters that previously competed into this competition, so feel free to resubmit your favs!

Like previous competitions, I don't have a date when I'll close the form, I'll just give you a heads up when the number of submissions starts to get overwhelming. If you're newer here, that usually happens when we have about two hundred characters for me to pit against each other.

Like last time, the first round will be groups of 4 and then after that 1v1 competitions. Match ups will be randomly generated.

Rules: this is basically a part two to the first tournament so you can submit either new characters who weren't in that tournament at all or people who lost in round one. If they made it past round one they are not allowed in this continuation. Characters must be canonically queer. Characters must be from books. Graphic novels count. Comics and manga do not. The winner of this tournament will face off against the previous winner, Eric "Bitty" Bittle, for the title of Ultimate Queer Character!

i need you guys to know if you liked this without answering I’m kinassigning you Ronan. You saw the word assignment and refused the option to have it given to you by answering. I’ll only accept arguments of this kinassign for Hennessy, since you engaged without following instructions. These are not negative judgments btw, love both of them, but they are not the characters that get you the assignment.

Well @gonzoisms gansey was not the right character answer, but no one else has stepped up and Adam IS the right answer. So, despite him not being your main: you have won the assignment.

Since Adam is so keen on looking towards the future and you identify with him your assignment is to remind me in January 2024 to run a bracket for the queer books that come out in 2023. You can just queue up a post @ing me, but it would be very Adam of you to just remember and tell me in nearly a year’s time if you feel up to that challenge
