Hey y'all, its your host Awesome Sauce. Some of you heard that I am now part of an ambulance company that is a non-profit serving a rural area. This is huge for me. I am working closely with the program director who runs both this non-profit company and the paramedic program I am going into late summer at a nearby community college.
I have to invest in some really good pants and eventually some boots once winter time roles around again. I’m in the Northeast and serving this area and the past storm has been brutal! So I want some good gear to a) keep me safe and dry during summer and b) keep me safe and warm during the winter.
This is where you come in. I have drawn a lot of money from paypal credit to help pay for some bills while I was on the hunt for an EMT job, clothes for interviewing in, and for groceries/whatnot. I had to withdraw another $200 for the gear. My tax refund and school disbursement went to cremating my dearly departed pet and pay off credit card debt.
What I am asking for is donations to help pay off at least the $200, which will bring my monthly payments for paypal down significantly (though the total is really $500 that I have drawn specifically for the past few months, which includes the $200 figure).
Again: donations are going to pay off my paypal credit that I had to draw from. Paypal credit is my highest bill [if folks would like a breakdown of my monthly bills I can show them]. This job I have will pay well, even though its non-profit. However, I will still be on welfare health insurance and it pays my bills + a good sum of money to set aside to get my own car eventually and move out (I currently share with my relatives).
