i like to think parker and farya are That Weird Couple but not, like, in a disgustingly affectionate way. i mean like they have a 24/7 light doctor-patient dynamic going that very much looks like a lifestyle bdsm thing but it's not that's just How They Are. she's like spooning cough syrup into his mouth and calling him "my favorite patient" n shit and parker is like yayyy :) i love my girlfriend :)
So, because of the host persona Volt puts on and how familiar he is with the Breaker Box, it's hard to really tell that Volt is vision impaired (not completely blind, but can't see a lot of details). Eddie doesn't tell Livewire about this until they're alone and he trusts Livewire enough. They don't judge him for it, but they do worry about feeling like a fraud whenever Volt calls them beautiful.
Eventually, once they're both realized, Volt starts to see his surroundings better, including Livewire. He just stares at them, making them a little nervous, and feels ecstatic, claiming they're more beautiful than he thought

You could never quite put your finger on it, but something always felt wrong.
Volt was always outgoing, always complimenting you and regaling your presence to the crowd. He and Eddie claimed you as theirs long ago, when the power needed to be reset and you stepped in to save both of them.
What you didn't know until a couple weeks ago, was that Volt was visually impaired. He'd explained it to you after Eddie had told you discreetly, so you asked for more detail. He could see shapes and colours, but he couldn't tell any fine details on the floor, or on someone's face (say if they had freckles or a small gold dot in their iris). Yet, everytime he'd complimented you, he'd somehow cited exact details of your face as though he could see them.
Something felt wrong. Was he lying?
When he calls you beautiful, or stunning, or handsomely gorgeous, was he lying?
Of course he wasn't, he wouldn't lie, but maybe he was exaggerating to make you feel better. Even that thought made you feel wrong.
You hadn't mentioned any of this to either of them, not wanting them to feel bad for you or have to comfort you for any reason - that would take them away from their work and they loved their work. You loved them, so you kept it to yourself, letting it bubble in your gut.
Then came Realization.
You'd held off on it for so long, the Breaker Box got emptier every night. Volt still kept his energy somehow, regaling his dwindling audience into an Open Mic as he would any night.
"Live Wire! You look electrifying, as usual," Volt said, reaching a hand out to you to spin you under his arm. You didn't feel electrifying.
"Blink twice if you want me to throw you out so you don't have to sit through another bad act," Eddie cut in, sliding to your other side and kissing your cheek, "Hi, Spark."
"Not here for the show, guys. I'm here to Realize you." You admitted, stepping away from both of them, to their surprise.
"Oh, shit! Uh… Really? I don't know what to say," Eddie remarks nervously, hand on the back of his neck. Volt reassures him, looping an arm around his shoulder.
"Don't say anything, just let it happen," He comforts Eddie. Skylar pops up, all bubbled with energy.
"Ok guys, let's charge you up!"
Then everything goes white, energy from the glasses lenses fuelling some kind of beam, before the air settles.
They both stand infront of you, even as you take off the pink tinted glasses to set them down on the table.
"My, my, now isn't this something?" Volt asks, almost to himself, looking around the room, then at his and Eddie's new outfits, "So many sensations, it's rather…"
"Electrifying?" Eddie chimes in, smirking, then backtracking as you give him a look, "Don't. I already hate myself for even saying it."
Volt then looks at you. Time seems to stop, as you look into his eyes. Bright blue, almost electric (pardon the pun), maybe a bit silver.
"Live Wire… you, my dear, are stunning," he steps forward slowly, his tone worshipping you, "My love, you are so so much better than I ever saw before… How could I ever have lived without this?" He cups your cheek.
Your face flushes, cheeks getting warm as you fluster.
"And Eddie, my dear, you are simply gorgeous. How I have gone this long without seeing your eyes astounds me."
Volt managed to make both you and Eddie flustered very quickly. And he spent many hours serenading you both with compliments, as you melted into puddles of joy.
He still had lingering effects of his previous partial sight - after a trip to the optician revealed he was short sighted. But his glasses were very cute, picked to the finest detail so he knew he was showing his best self all the time.
He found joy in the slightest things. On any new property he and Eddie bought, he could now find the smallest detail to focus on and make a market in. He was brilliant.
But, your favourite time was at night when you all settled into bed. You laid at Volt's side, watching as he traced each of Eddie's small scars (from work accidents), finally able to see the culmination of his lover's hard work.
"So pretty…" He murmured, every time without fail, "Absolutely stunning."

Eddie and Volt have a long day at work. Live Wire is there to welcome them home, and to offer up the boys' favorite pillow.

It starts with Eddie.
He comes home from work exhausted, old pains acting up after a physically taxing day. You already have dinner keeping warm on the stove, which Eddie immediately goes for with a word of thanks. He collapses onto the sofa next to you, shoveling food into his mouth.
"Hey, baby," you murmur, setting your knitting in your lap. "Rough day?"
Eddie groans, setting his bowl on the coffee table and putting his head in his hands. You settle your hands on his shoulders, digging your fingers in and earning a happier moan. Your hands aren't cold by any means, but they're cooler than Eddie's and Volt's. Even after becoming human, the two of them still run hot. The coolness of your hands feel nice after a long day spent in the sun.
"Newest client wants a load-bearing wall knocked down," he mumbles. "Volt's still with her. Or taking a walk to cool off. Sent me home after I almost fainted dealing with her after a day spent replacing roofing. I almost pity her," he chuckles, not sounding sorry in the slightest. "She was begging to be speaking with me again by the time I was walking out the door."
I’ve always wondered when Pierrot locks onto his prey (MC), do his pupils dilate dramatically into large, wide, round black circles like a cat? I chuckle at the thought—that a trait people find cute is actually the terrifying, innate nature of a predator.
I really am inspired by @mokitobear and I love their artstyle so it must be why my art style shifted so much but I still hope that it’s not that similar. Didn’t really want to make it long so- mokitobear, I really love your ocs and your art and you inspire me as my main idol now >:3€
