Considering I sent an ask to the ftm questionable passing advice blog with advice based on some of my disaster transmasc OCs, I think sending advice here based on some of my disaster transfem OCs would be fun, so here we go!
(1) Try not to cause problems for others and get good grades. Be the steady, reasonable friend that everyone can rely on, but try to find friends that are worth being reliable for. You deserve friends who support you in who you are, at least, right?
(2) Obviously, you should wear pastels at all times. Black is for funerals, silly! You're living your best life, so why not wear bright colors? Also, flowers are cute, just like you, so you should wear things with floral designs too! Also, don't let people see you cry or be upset. You're the cheerful shoujo protagonist of your own story, and that means you should always be cheerful and compassionate!
(3) Have you considered getting into ballet? You should try ballet! It'll help you feel feminine (even though you're not very coordinated and make mistakes all the time)! Also, if you start hallucinating or realize that you're doomed by the narrative, you should probably try and confide in someone who will believe you and support you.
(4) You don't necessarily have to be hyper-feminine to pass as a girl! As long as you have long hair and a visible chest, who cares what you wear or do or listen to? You're still a girl! Wear pants or shorts all the time instead of skirts and dresses! Smoke, drink alcohol, and get ridiculously good at Dance Dance Revolution! Never forgive yourself for the shitty things you've done in the past while continuing to be a hostile and volatile asshole! Listen to Bad Religion and other punk rock bands! And when people are inevitably nice to you to try and peel back your hard shell, be absolutely baffled at their kindness!
(5) Always act mature! You're a strong and smart young woman, and you should act like it! Learn how to play chess! Become chess club president! Become a teen detective who's known for her intelligence! Help support your friends (but know when you should put yourself first)! Be greedy and go after what you want in life! And never, EVER gamble or play gacha games if you can help it! Of course, it's reasonable to like cute things, but you have a budget you have to stick to, don't you? It's really unfortunate that cute stuff can be so expensive at times...
(6) Start a cafe! Make coffee and tea and cookies and pancakes for everyone, and make sure you listen to everyone's problems! You never know when you'll be able to help someone or when gossip about the people in town will come in handy!
(7) (Duke) Obviously, you should choose a name that's typically masculine when you transition because who can tell you no? Nobody, that's who! Drive like you know you'll die tomorrow! Take risks! Take life-risking risks because it's fun! When someone tries to be intimate with you, get embarrassed and run away! But no matter what, be yourself!
