this year i am grateful for all of the carefully, lovingly prepared dishes i had the pleasure of eating. while this burger was the only meal i enjoyed from this healthy (yet short-lived) cafe on the wrong side of I5, it was one of the best burgers i’d had in awhile. the secret sauce, the owner/wife explained to me, was blueberry greek yogurt. amazing - I didnt miss the mayo. not to mention the crisp ‘n fresh coleslaw lightly coated with the same dressing and a side of perfectly seasoned fries. thank you, green leaf bistro.
