Does Distro have interest in dating? If she went on a date, would it only be a pretense for some nefarious purpose or would she give it an honest attempt (only to end in disaster, of course)?
To: █████████████@summitpharm.co.za Subject: The Romeo Effect
Subject D157-R0, with even the correct procedures and restraints put into place, has an extremely childlike cognitive framework. This makes it uniquely pliant to obedience, with a callous cruelty and unyielding exaggeration of loyalty forming what we describe as ‘The Romeo Effect’.
Subject D157-R0 had been selected for the implementation of the ‘infiltrator’ kit, and exposure to various chemical and hormonal therapies during trials has proved Subject D157-R0 to be efficient as a stalker and hunter. It develops an almost monomaniacal obsession with a single target, with activity within the prefrontal cortex resembling that of a typical humanoid observing an object of attraction. Some staff have come to refer to the psychological effect as an ‘extreme, more violent form of “cuteness aggression”’.
While the mPFC activity has resemblance, Subject D157-R0 is noted to be incapable of ‘affection’ in any standard sense; Staff are warned to limit their interactions with the subject, and protocols have been put in place to regularly rotate the supervising team at frequent intervals, to avoid the subject from forming inappropriate manic fixations to any members of the staff. Personnel that notice clear displays of favouritism from the subject, are encouraged to seek assistance from the current supervising team, and will be removed from the project until it is deemed safe to return. Signs of such favouritism include: Unusual friendliness and curiosity from the subject, excessive staring from the subject, the feeling of being watched when alone, and any evidence of stalkish or lurking behaviours from the subject.
Faculty that choose to indulge Subject D157-R0’s infatuation do so at their own risk— Reminder that Summit Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for the injury and/or death as a result from the subject’s neurotic, psycho-sexual acts of ‘affection’. Staff are reminded that displays of infatuation and romance are misinterpreted and projective, and are not reflective of Subject D157-R0’s core function for the purposes of the Zarcenian Defense Force. Any efforts to form interhuman relationships with the subject, will be grounds for termination from the project.
