MY METHOD
First Shift: The first time I successfully shifted was using SATs and the lullaby method. It was before I was going to sleep so I was tired but not like dead tired. I started by focusing on my breathing and counting from 1-100. I counted slowly and really paid attention to my breath each inhale and exhale to calm my mind and body.
Then I decided on my scene, which was me hearing the water and opening my eyes in my waiting room, then I would walk around and touch the grass and see all the nature and all that jazz. I kept replaying this scene idk how many times but I did it a few times. Each time I replayed this scene Iโd add more detail like the how cold the water would be when I touched it or how the bed would feel, even how to grass would prick the bottom of my feet, and my comfort characters being there. Basically trying to add all my senses and make it as vivid as I can.
At some point I felt a feeling that it was โdoneโ like I felt calm and it was a feeling of knowing? So I stopped replying the scene and started doing the lullaby method/affirmed. I kept repeating I had shifted, I was in my WR things along those lines! Then I fell asleep! When I woke up I was there in my WR with my comfort characters!
MY OTHER SHIFTS
My other successful shifts which are about 5 now all I do is set the intention of waking up in my Dr or Wr and I get there! There have been days where I still wake up in my bedroom but when I truly set the intention, 9 times out of 10 I end up there!
I used to walk this road up to a secret place between the hills.
