I ACTUALLY CHECK THE OTHER PERSON'S BLOGS FOR REPLIES.

PLEASE CHECK MINE BEFORE YOU ASK IF I REPLIED. If you don't see a reply to your last one, then go ahead and ask me.

I hate to sound conceited or anything of the sort, but I'm just not one to miss replies.

It also bugs me when the partner just assumes that I missed it, and doesn't bother to ask me if I had replied. They just assume and don't bother to fix the situation.

That's what makes me sad. Am I that unapproachable? I'm known for asking others if they replied, and usually get a positive response asking for my last reply. I don't mind doing this! I stopped asking after a while because I'm sick and tired of being the only one putting effort into looking for a reply.

shook her head. “Not gonna work,” she said, wondering how she could get him to the couch so he was more comfortable. “And what would Howl do if he found that out? You wouldn’t live to see the next hour,” she mentioned.

He suddenly got up. “I-I was only joking! Don’t do that!!” He begged begged her.

"Wow…..what a reaction…."

Sophie shrugged. “It wouldn’t be my reaction,” she said, then saw him get up. “Well then. You’re better now.” Smiling, she stood up as well.

He pouted and crossed his arms and turned his back to her. “B-Baka…..” He mumbled feeling embarrassed.

"Ha he’s gone all shy Sophie!"

"Shut up before I pour a bucket of water of ya!!

"SOPHIEEEEEEE!!" The man and fire argued.

Sophie only laughed at their little back and forth. "for one, don't call me a fool!" she said to Padraig. "And two, don't instigate!" she said to Calcifer. "Now, who's hungry? Because I know I am!"

  "Anything for my dearest Sophie." He grinned, "Do you really like them? It took me a while to pick ones that I thought suited you." He spoke fast, excited by the fact that he pleased Sophie.

Blushing a little, she looked down into the flowers again, hoping he didn’t see. “Y-You didn’t have to…” she murmured, touched by the fact he had taken time to make her happy. An idea popped into her head, and she hoped he would be up for it. “Uh… Howl? I heard it’s going to be a nice day today… did you want to go to the beach?”

He grinned, “To the beach? Why Sophie, that sounds wonderful.” Howl had been wanting to go out and this seemed to be the perfect solution. He was still rather happy that she liked the flowers.

"I’ll pack a quick lunch. You get us to the beach!" she said, not sure how exactly they were going to get there. they could always walk, but Howl seemed to extravagant for that. She went into the kitchen and placed the flowers in water.

Howl smiled and nodded, “Tis a plan!” Now, the real trick, getting to the beach.” he watched her walk off, and moved to the door. “Now.. lets see..if we adjust port haven for the afternoon that might work…” He went then to talk to Calcifer, just for a little help. “Now, we wait.”

Sophie soon packed a lunch while he spoke with Calcifer and brought it out in a covered basket. "Do you plan on swimming in that?" she asked him, heading for the stairs. "I'm going to change!"

  "Ehhhhhh……" He groaned as he hit his head on the floor and got very dizzy.

Sophie’s eyes went wide. “Padraig!” she called out, scooting off and picking his head up gently and placing it in her lap. “Padraig! Ca you here me?”

"Hmmmm….pretty…lady….." He reached up and stroked Sophie’s cheek.

Sophie blushed and her eyes widened again. “Woah, Padraig! You’re still woozy, aren’t you?” she asked with a small laugh. Setting him down gently, she got up and grabbed a towel and soaked it with cool water. She brought it back and set it on his forehead.

"Maybe….kiss….would….help…." He mumbled.
