also: it can help if you focus your eyes on where you plan on the line ending, instead of where it starts/where your hand is

i know the instinct is to watch the line and make sure you aren’t goofing up, but it tends to behave better if you just focus & trust yourself. it’s kinda like walking with a glass of water.
