Hey you’ve mentioned in the past that you used a flash card app (?website) where you could make cards and it would repeat the ones you are struggling with more frequently? What was the name of that site/app? Ps congrats on your haem achievements! I’ve been following for ages and am so happy for you!
hi and thank you!
It's called Anki :)
I have a study week this week to do a transfusion medicine course, so thought I'd post a throwback study pic!
Congratulations! I wish you many wonderful years and a sense of satisfaction working as a doctor! Now, you did mention you were getting married in September... Are congratulations in order?
Hiya! I'm not sure when this was sent so I'm probably waaaay late in replying to this, but yes, I'm married now! It's been almost a year now but it still feels weird saying 'my husband' when I'm talking to people :') and thank you for the message!
Hi, sorry for all those awful things I said to you in the past. you weren't past your prime then and you're not past your prime now. I was angry and nervous from things middle aged men online used to say and took it out on.. tumblr users?? it makes no sense and its awful and you dont have to forgive me. but know it came from incorrectly placed frustration and I acknowledge that it was so wrong to harass people like that. I was a teenager and believed it when men said i had a couple of years of my prime. I am so so sorry. but if you find it your heart to, forgive my insolence.
Hiya, I'm not sure when this was sent as I've not been on tumblr much recently, but thank you for this message. And I do forgive you! We've all done stupid stuff as teenagers - and it's a good thing that you've been able to grow from it and reflect.
Oh my god congratulations!!!! I remember when I was following you years ago when you were still starting this journey. And now with all that hard work and dedication you've made it here! I hope you continue to do great things in med :)
Aww thank you for this very sweet message! It sure has been a long journey, and I still have a long way to go - but I'm so happy to finally be in my desired specialty. It feels good!
I made it, guys :)
February 2024🌿📚
This is a late post, I got some readings done in a coffee shop on campus~ we covered nō plays in my comparative literature class.
Got slammed with a few major projects so now I’m playing catch up (ー ー;)

I love that you're going into haem ❤️ I remember when you were first getting into it!
Aww thank you! Yeah I was pretty set on gastro and then my first job as a doctor completely switched me over to haem, it's such a great specialty! I will hopefully (fingers crossed) be starting my training this august <3
Hi there! Congrats 🎉 ! Quick question. Does the mrcp exam part 1 not include images? If not , how do they go about with derm questions and things like EKG?
Sorry I think this might be a really late reply, but as far as I can remember those sorts of questions don't come up in part 1, they'd be in part 2 which is more clinical.
CHILL STUDY DAY
