Didn't finish my food + drink in Seattle posts. Ordered the Deadline cocktail at Dead Line which consists of mezcal, sour pineapple, chartreuse, maraschino, and charcoal. I then indulged in a Royals with Cheese prepared with Smoke River Farms beef, charred lemon aioli, chimichurri, and crispy onions with house cojita chips.
