Guys I think they are in love /ᐠ。‸。ᐟ\
let me see you strip down to the bone
a romantic encounter.
I’m so happy to see how Yoshiki now openly shows his love for “Hikaru” for the whole world (and “Hikaru” himself) to see! I’m so proud of how far they’ve come to get here! Yoshiki saying he won’t let “Hikaru” go alone, that he’s afraid he won’t come back if he goes by himself, and “Hikaru” blushing because of it! Imagine being an ancient monster who’s lived alone for years on end and suddenly having a guy who not only says he loves you more than anything in the world, but also says he won’t leave you and fears that you’ll leave him!!!!! I love my boys, I love the way they love each other, I love seeing Yoshiki so confident in his feelings, so certain that his destiny is by “Hikaru’s” side, and I love seeing “Hikaru” being loved the way he deserves!
I always found it curious how Tanaka doesn't refer to the hamster as Riko but as Hamu-chan
Probably has something to do with the manga's theme about the importance of bodies in life... maybe it doesn't make sense for him to call the hamster Riko because doesn't have her body or memories or experiences, which made her uniquely Riko
Her and Hamu-chan have the same soul, but are two entities of their own
That one picture of Eminem throwing a hamster.
i know the consequences were kind of circumvented by the fact that he had an extra pair but i really do think there's something to be said about the fact that tanaka is a disabled man working for a shady company that he hates and that this company also happens to supply him with a disability aid. like i'm not crazy right are you guys getting this
back then i had my mother's eyes
the contrast between how the company saw the girl versus how tanaka saw her. he saw the little girl as more than just means to collect data. and he really tried his best to help her. i believe he was never taught how to help those affected by impurities by the company (bc yeah that’s not the kind of company they are after all), so everything he tried to do, all his effort put into saving riko, was just pure guess. and he did it all out of the goodness of his heart. especially the little things like doing her hair. it shows you that he truly saw her, and how he wanted to ease her suffering and get her out of there. meanwhile the company saw her as nothing but another trash bag that was going to litter that abandoned place as soon as they get their data.
redraw of The 47.2 scene and its accompanying live tanaka reaction
the only desire I have left for the ending
