His expression grew sullen, it was unlike the Titan to be reduced to an emotional mess. One of his warm hands cups her doll like face, holding onto her smaller frame. It appeared that he wasnât going to let go of her anytime soon. Helios rests his chin onto her shoulder, as he soon brings his arms her tiny waist, soon murmuring into his sisters ear a few sweet comments, âIâve missed your shadow next to mine, you know?â
It was then he removed his arms from her waist, taking her smaller hand into his larger one. It soon fell down to both their sides as they held onto one another.
âIndeed, Iâve been rather swell despite of Apolloâs radiating presence. Although as of late, his fiery spirit has calmed itself which is unlike that young spitfire. Iâve wondered if the solar eclipse was the origins of why he seemed so depressed before. â
âIs that so? Has the Olympian given you some trouble, dear Selane?â
His warm hand against her face gave her security, and the warmth from him just gave her more of it. Her tears stopped, and she embraced the warmth Helios gave. "I have too, Helios, mine has been so lonely without yours to companion it." Selene moved her face into his shoulder, and let her head rest there. Her cold hand suddenly felt his warmth, and Selene immediately intwined her fingers into his.Â
"It is possible, though I have never seen Apollo like this before. Despite, I hope he becomes well soon..." her voice was soft, in genuine sadness for the Sun God. "He's only been little trouble to me, but I take no mind to him."Â

âIt makes me simply overjoyed to hear that agree with someone like me, you know, being influenced by the humans and all. Iâm sorry about that, by the way. Iâve noticed that most are the Gods and Titans act so seriously and then thereâs me. That one guy whoâs annoyingly happy, eh?â A chuckle and a smile followed. Many would probably question why the God was always so giddy and happy-go-lucky!
âHey, Selene! Heeey! Explain to me why you never smile or laugh with me.â
"Why would I not agree with you? I have been around humans long myself to know. There is no need to be sorry, yet, that was my fault for mistaking looks for love." It was a challenge of happy-go-lucky versus stoic, and she seemed to be winning; her expression hadn't changed once through their entire conversation.Â
"I do not see a reason to do such a thing, Aeolus." Her look seemed to change from stoic to more questioning. Was it that much of a concern and need to smile and laugh?Â
âI suppose.. To be honest, I am very frightened by speaking with her again! What if she does something to me?â Aeolus, sweetheart, youâre the God of winds. No, youâre a God. Nothing should scare you! The strange deity had a worried look on his face. He has really been influenced by those pesky humans. âSure, theyâre arrogant but so are we, Selene. Sometimes I swear we are the most despicable beings in this whole universe!â
"I agree, Eos can be so intimidating for someone so petit." Even the Titan herself was afraid to face her sister at times. Especially since she hadn't talked to her in so long, just how would her sister react?
"Mans worst enemy is themselves. Gods and Titans can be that way too, I agree..." Selene nodded along with him and his words.Â
yeah sorry i did not feeling like making starters for everyone
Well, she remembered his name! That was a good sign. It made him so happy to hear that, really. âI see. Poor Eos! I know sheâs my wife and all, but.. You know me. Sometimes I just canât be there for her. I donât think she would want to see me, anyways. I basically ditched her.â He frowned, thinking of his beloved Eos. Well, that wasnât necessarily true. He had plenty of other wifes on Earth. It wasnât considered âcheatingâ when you were a God. âIâve been fine! You know, busy controlling the wind and all that. It can be really fun sometimes, especially when you get the chance to mess with mortals. Theyâre so silly and gulible, donât you agree, Selene?â
"Eos is of poor nature, always, she has probably been sadden by you leaving but you are supposed to; I feel she might understand. Perhaps her feelings for you have not changed..." Her sister and herself were very different from one another, just as she was different from Helios. Selene just wasn't as close to Eos as Helios, though. "They are that way because they are arrogant in their ways, Aeolus."Â
The ravenette had been raiding the kitchen before he would return to his room and work on various things. Plans for Junko, weapons for Mukuro, upgrading for Ryoichi. All these things were something he knew he would do.
Meeting some foreign girl was not on that list. How did she get in? But more importantly, why was she standing in front of his door?
âYeah,â He spoke up after she was done, âthatâs my name. Oshiro Ryo. Howâd ya get in here, lady? Whoâre you?â
The blonde turned her head, and how she was more surprised than she did look. Selene stared for a moment, looked back at the name on the door, with her finger still under the name; she dragged her finger back across and pointed at the stranger.Â
"I was hoping to ask you the same, Oshiro Ryo. I'm Selene, and I seem to be stuck in here."Â
The blonde, puzzled with the turn of events began to approach the ravenette, much getting into his personal space. "I do hope you can help me on my journey back out."

âHello, beautiful Selene, Goddess of th Moon. You do remember me, right? Itâs been quite awhile, hm? I mean, with me retreating to the human world and all. I must admit that they can be quite annoying just like you and the other Gods. But I did miss everyone. Please, tell me, how have you been? How is Helios? What about the other Gods, and Eos? I havenât seen her in quite awhile.â He just rambled on. Itâs been awhile since heâs last interacted with a member of his large family. The poor fellow was homesick.
"Hello, Aeolus," Listening to him ramble and as questions was a bit overwhelming to the hoary haired girl. "It has been a time I suppose." She quickly stated, as his words moved faster than hers did. "I am well, I trust Eos is well too, as with Helios." Selene didn't get as much as an opportunity to see her dear brother and sister, they were busy with their own things. The Titan known as Eos was more stuck in her saddness to even bring the dawn, and the Titan known as Helios was more stuck with Apollo treating him as a dog. "I do hope you have been well, Aeolus."Â
He couldnât fight back the laughed that spilled from between his pale lips, the look on the girlâs face sending him into hysterics. Those red cheeks and that vindictive tone of voice only worked to make the blonde remember why he loved not caring about personal space. âPrecious, I hardly need your permission for anything~â He cooed, allowing himself to fall back, seating himself upon the ground and crossing his legs.
âNevertheless, dear, you need not act so shy.â He rolled his eyes, now staring up the the girl as he pondered laying down. âIt was only a little touch~ I could have done far worse.â
First he touched her, and now he laughed at her. How rude!Â
The petit figure placed her hands on her hips, and gave a pout, and her face was still that light shade of red. "You do need my permission, you do not just go into someone's personal space." She fumed embarrassment and anger, "Especially a goddess'." Her tone was stern, and she tried her best to look intimidating but it seemed it had failed.
"I am not acting shy, either," moving her arms, they found themselves at her chest; crossed. "I do not care if it were a small touch, you do not touch me at all."
âYou look absolutely bored to tears, darling.â He cooed, doing nothing but watching her watch him. Her cold stare seemed to him to be so forced, it almost pained him. Reaching out, he combed fingers through silver locks of hair and sighed. âHas boredom robbed you of your words, or do you simply have nothing to say?â He laughed quietly, patting the top of her head.
âIf it is the former, do allow me to become your savior~ Play with me a while, cure yourself of the dreadfulness.â
Selene jumped feeling fingers through her hair. How dare anyone but Helios do such a thing! Her pale face turned to a light shade of red, and her ears burned with embarrassment and her hands made their way to her face. The face once made of stone broke.
"I am not bored, nor did I give you permission to touch me!" Selene spatted with her fact still red, "I do not need you to be my savior either."
âWhat do you mean âhow importantâ? Donât you know what love is like, Selene?â She thought of all Gods that the Titan would know but it seemed otherwise and so the woman sighed and tried to figure out how to explain.
âIt is very important. My love for him will never change. His kiss makes my lips feel odd and his smile makes my heart feel rather funny. He makes me laugh and makes me happy. Despite how we have not seen each other in so long, I still yearn for his attention the same way I did long before. I long to be at his side again, I long for him to kiss me again although the first one was not so splendid⌠I long for him to tell me he cares about me too. And I long for him to depend on me because I want to make him happy like he does for me. I want him to rely on me more and allow me to show him I love him and wonât forget him. Is that not how you know love to be? I love many mortals, Selene. März and Whynn and Marissa and many, many others. I love angels and Gods and demons⌠I love so many people. Is that bad, Selene? Please tell me. I feel these same feelings for so many. What do I do?â It was odd. A Virgin Goddess so in love with so many. Her time as a human changed her so deeply it was clear to nearly everyone even outside their pantheon. Some thought it to be a wondrous miracle, others considered it pathetic of her.
"I mean-- do you really care for him that much? I do not know what the feeling of love is like." Her love was nothing but Selene loving a pretty face. Most gods thought the same as Artemis, but they were as wrong as she was.
"Does he really make you feel all that strange?" Selene almost didn't believe that he was able to make her feel so happy yet strange. She listened to the rest of wat Artemis had to say, and gave it a single moment. A moment just to think about the feeling of love. She did not know it was possible to love so many, and to love them so endlessly. It became more apparent to her that her love was never real; it had none of these things that Artemis described. Hell-- her 'love,' didn't even know Selene's name.Â
"Artemis," she stopped for another moment, "I don't know, what you should do." She took a step closer to the goddess, and ran her slender fingers through her hair. "Perhaps this is not uncommon, I would not worry about it too much, Artemis."Â
The hazel-haired young man certainly took note of the entry of a customer the moment the bell above the door jingle in the slightest. Heaving a pile of hardcovers, his cinnamon hues paused upon the blonde lady who walked in though it seems from her complete stand still and how her gaze now caught his, she was a customer waiting to be served. A small heave of a sigh escaped his lips before he settled the heavy books on the desk counter just a few paces away from him in a quiet thump. A wiping of his hands upon the blue navy apron he donned before he walked up towards the customer with his usual quiet greeting.Â
âWelcome. Is there anything I can help you with?âÂ
The blonde shook her head, "No, I just found myself here." It was true, she had no intention of buying anything nor did she think she needed help (Not unless it was from Helios of course!). Fuchsia irises followed the light brown pair. What else was she to do? When she finally drew her eyes away from the stranger, she made her way towards him, and then moved away down an aisle.Â
"My name is Selene, perhaps you have heard?" From a random decision, she made conversation, thought it wasn't like that at all; she was just wondering if he would recognize the name.

The white haired goddess stared at the other god without a word spoken. Instead, thoughts rushed in her mind of what to say. How could Artemis do this, day in and day out? Just an awkward, stoic stare was there; she seemed somewhat mindless.Â
Bright blue eyes just found their way onto the god, and they followed if he made movement.Â
