listen, I'm a slut for religious imagery and queer devotion as much as the next gay but can we all agree to be a bit more tactful with the trope of the visibly disabled POC that worships the blond haired blue eyed literal white saviour, who the fandom has decided is an angel? can we stop infantilising the mentally ill trauma victim, talk to him like an adult and allow him agency and personhood while still having room for comfort in the fixitfics?
