He doesn't have a uniform (can you imagine trying to tell him he has to wear something?), but he's a hands-on guy who spends a lot of time outside and/or Doing Stuff. Naturally then, he's apt to dress the part for whatever task(s) he's up against; which generally means an overall Look that's practical and durable.

I drew these two pictures completely separate in my sketchbook, then noticed how similar they were afterwards. Funny how we reused poses like that. I've been rather obsessed with the twins lately. As a side note, I think it's rather telling how the children have their eyes forward as though in anticipation, and their older selves have their eyes on each other.
