okay so like. Self hate doesnt help you improve. Ive told myself that "self love" wont get me anywhere cause i just do whatever i want not what i need to do. Ive been told thats not self love as i dont care for my future seld, i dont know what it is then.

I dont know what to do anymore. I wanna get better but it just feels impossible. Ive been trying for years. All advice hasnt worked. I cant get proffesional help. I dont wanna type out my problems to an ai, its so pathetic, so sad and it just doesnt help. I dont think it will help.

I got vague ideas of my problems: dont go out, dont do things that are needed (clean, work, and so on), stay awake at night, waste time.

Ive searched through tips and videos and common advice on common problems like idk depression, autism, adhd idc what it is i just want a solution that will do it for me to work and it all just wont do.

Do you guys got anything that worked?

In college we got a place in the hallways where the friendgroup usually stops between classes and such. One day like a year ago appeared a bombona de nitrógeno in that place. It was to the left of those sitting looking in to the table and to the right of those who were standing and leaning on the table. Two people leaning started to go back and forth saying things like “oye has visto la bombona de nitrógeno que está a nuestra derecha?” “espera, te refieres a la bombona de nitrógeno que está a nuestra derecha???” “Si tio la bombona de nitrógeno que está a nuestra derecha” anyways eventually the rest of the group joined and we all be saying la bombona de nitrógeno que está a nuestra derecha. it sticked around and it was said at random times. A few months ago, we saw a bombona again. I went to check. It was in fact nitrogeno. Joke came back to life and we even took some pictures and ofc we made sticker of it for the group chat. Its quite an eldrich being in the way that no matter where you are or where you go, this bombona de nitrógeno is always a nuestra derecha. Important thats its to our right btw. You aint alone either
