Ralam Andalen, or "that little Hlaalu shit" according to Edd. Somewhat wayward son of a Hlaalu councillor, agent-in-training, Eight Plates regular. He & Bravoyn shared a physical relationship during Bravoyn's time in Balmora that ended when Ralam got himself stabbed by someone from the Camonna Tong on a job gone awry & his family were relocated to the mainland by Duke Dren (totally not on his brother's suggestion).
